Buyers claiming amazon missed delivery date and amazon refunding without verifying

Hello, this has happened for months. I am posting this again because last time I did not get a real response. People are complaining that amazon is delivering items late. This again, has nothing to do with THE SELLER because amazon is handling the fulfillment. But what is happening is amazon is not doing their job and they are delivering packages late. But SELLERS are being punished by their fulfillment issues and we have to now give buyers free products. Please someone review the cases in my log.

Warning to anyone thinking about selling on Amazon, just understand you will basically end up giving away a bunch of free product because Amazon cannot give accurate delivery estimate dates.
