All my amazon account are suddenly on reserve
I have had my account since 2008 and have always been able to disburse daily earlier on my balance was showing in the app then suddenly all the market places went into reserve .I don’t have any defect rate or any problems so why the sudden reserve? have this happened to anyone else? there is no email or notification of this.

they said they don’t need anything from me because i have already provided them with everything years ago and it’s still valid. Apparently because i changed the card on my charge payment after the back sent me a new one almost 2 weeks ago have trigger verification. I just want all of this to be sorted by black Friday.

Been selling on Amazon many years and suddenly all my accounts are on reserve. Standard response that it is to cover possible chargebacks. Seller Central no help whatsoever. No reason given but guess it’s because of an unfair poor review from a customer in Spain. Goods were dispatched on time, delivery attempted on time, but not in and he refuses to collect or rearrange delivery! Amazon will not remove the poor review saying he had a poor experience! A-Z raised and immediately paid by Amazon! So I am now sending goods out and no idea if I will ever be paid for them while ALL my funds are being held in reserve!

I’ve just placed my amazon accounts on holiday am not going to be making money for them while they are holding my funds hostage claiming it is a system triggered verification. A going to focus on my website until it gets to 16 working days since they placed my funds on hold.

In my case the verfication is all but approved long time ago and confirmed in writing from Amazon. Does anyone had their funds released after the long hold yet?
