Repeated Shipment Discrepancies – Contradictory Reports in "Content" vs. "Problem" Sections

Hi fellow sellers,

I’ve been selling on Amazon for 3 years without any inventory issues, but recently, I’m facing contradictory discrepancies in my FBA shipment.

For ASINs B07R4C3DN4 and B07R4C5ZN9, the "Content" section correctly shows the expected and located units as matching (no discrepancy). However, the "Problem" section states extra/missing units for the same shipment after it was already closed!

I’ve already opened a case with Amazon, but I wanted to ask:

Has anyone else faced similar issues where Amazon reports discrepancies in a closed shipment?

How did you get it resolved?

Any tips on ensuring this doesn’t happen again?

I have screenshots proving the contradiction, but this is frustrating as it affects my shipment performance metrics. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
