120 handmade perfumes lost by FBA
Over a month ago, on July 5, 2024, I shipped a box of 120 handmade perfume oils to the LAN2 warehouse for FBA. The box was delivered by UPS on July 8 and checked in on July 14. They began receiving it, but never entered any items into inventory. There was one transfer made of to the SWF2 fulfillment center, but no information about how many were transferred. The shipment then sat in receiving status until August 7, when the shipment status was changed to closed. The date to investigate the shipment kept being pushed back, and so there way no opportunity to start an investigation.
I started a case on 8-7-2024 asking Amazon to please find the items. I still have not heard back from Amazon about it.
These items are handmade and hand labeled in the USA, so it represents a significant amount of work and expense. I have been shipping this item and others to FBA for several years and not had a major problem until now.
It is especially stressful that Amazon doesn't seem to be interested in finding the lost shipment or communicating with me about it.
To add to the stress, I sent another box of perfumes in to the LAN2 warehouse for FBA. This shipment was delivered on July 30, 2024 - 2 weeks ago - and has still not been checked in. Amazon says this can take up to 4 days, so 2 weeks is a very long time. Ironically, I paid extra to ship to LAN2 because other warehouses said they were experiencing delays whereas LAN2 was not.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get help from Amazon with finding my lost shipment and moving along my other shipment to get it checked in? If someone at Amazon reads this, could you please help me?
Has anyone else experienced problems with the LAN2 warehouse?
Thanks for reading :)

Good morning @Seller_ohcSdVOs77KSq,
Thanks for taking the time to post, and apologies for the delayed response. Have you heard back from your case at this point? If not, will you kindly provide me with the case ID so I can review this further?
