I sent some FBA inventory to a fulfillment centre and there was a big discrepancy, they missed a few thousand dollars worth of inventory. Usually when this happens, you can appeal and submit a proof of purchase, but in this case it was not possible, the shipment was marked as 29 out of 40 items received, investigation completed. No way for me to appeal! So I opened a support case (id# 16587691811) on november 1st to explain the situation, but 10 days have passed and still no answer, not even aknowledgement of my complaint.
It would be nice if someone could at least answer me. Amazon made a mistake and I need my reimbursement.
