Shouldn't this feedback be removed?

A customer left a feedback saying "The password we have set will not open please advise how to open. On your instructions there is no groove on the side disc to match up." She said she could not find the groove on the password lock book. I've already contacted him. This is purely customer feedback. Please help to remove it,

I was able to review the feedback for the order provided and it cannot be removed since it is not a product review.

The buyer is asking for assistance on how to resolve the password set up. In this case, you did good by contacting the buyer.

My recommendation if you want this feedback removed is to help the buyer and ask them to remove the feedback comment.

Thanks for your reply. But what I’m confused about is if the customer didn’t use the product, how could they have such feedback? So this is a product review. Please help to remove it.

And the customer returned the product, so he probably won’t reply to me. Please help me remove this product review. Thanks again.

We've actually marked the grooves in the picture. We show you how to reset your password. We even said in the fifth selling point that if you cannot open the password lock or forget the password, please contact our customer service and we will give you a satisfactory answer. But the customer may not have read those instructions carefully. You can go to our product page to check. In order to provide good service to our customers we explained the situation really carefully. This feedback comment is a product review. It clearly violates Amazon's guidelines. We feel very wronged. If you don't help delete it, it will really hurt the mood of a kind seller.

Please delete this feedback.
