Disbursements

I have been with Amazon for 7 months plus and have had to verify my account info again. On the 4th June I was told everything has checked out carry on selling, however my disbursements have stopped I ask for them weekly to buy more stock. I have been told that I have to verify my bank details, but the only thing that it is asking me to do in the account settings is to verify my bank account for Amazon sites in Europe individually. Is this correct? You can't get A straight answer from Amazon.
