Customer asking for refund claiming item was delivered late

702-2968070-0727427 customer is asking for a refund claiming item was delivered late when it showed that there was several attempts to deliver the item to them on the day it was supposed to be delivered. It is extremely frustration that customers can ask for a refund just because amazon allows them to. there should be strict rules set in place as it regards to refunds. the current policy only allows for thief's and scammers to do as they are please. I currently also have a customer who claim item is defective I told them to return the item for a refund and provided them with the label which they refuse , so I offer to have a courier pick it up which they also refuse then went ahead and file a A-z claim. order number for that claim is 702-7047894-2511424.

I was checking the Order ID 702-2968070-0727427 and I do see that the customer decide to return the item.

Amazon's returns policy allows most items to be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. However, the return window may vary based on the product category.

We do recommend you to issue refunds within two business days of receiving a return in order to avoid an A to Z claims.

For the Order ID 702-7047894-2511424, I can see that even though the claim was granted to the buyer, this is not affecting your account health.
