Customer has sent me the wrong item But Amazon has already applied the refund. Please advise
Hi,
I was expecting a parcel from a customer. Amazon already applied the refund. Today We received the parcel and it has got a different item inside which is not ours.
How do we resolve this as Amazon has already applied the customer the refund? Please advise.

You need to go through a safe t claim.

Provide the details and photo of the item received, its box with postage label on it and also the item originally sent.
