Account Deactivated for No Valid Reason

They said my account was deactivated due to VAT not being put into the systemI got my VAT number, input it, validated it is real with their official website and the Account Specialist is still telling me it is invalid. How is this fair? Why I support so immensely useless? Amazon needs to be sued for things like this.
