Disbursements unpaid since Sept 2023

Hello,

I opened our Amazon store in 2011 and have never had disbursements delayed or unpaid. However, we have gone unpaid for almost 9 months now and Amazon is withholding thousands of dollars.

I have submitted almost a dozen cases, all of which get "transferred" with no further replies. Account Health said the issue was because our account is "over 12 years old" and needed to be transferred to another group. Never heard back from them either.

All I wish to do at this point is get paid the money due to us and close our account. It is impossible to run an Amazon store when they dont pay out your disbursements.

Is there any special contact I can use for this? Similar discussions did not reveal anything.

I'm just guessing that your account is suspended, correct?

If so find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

If it isn't suspended, if you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

Our Amazon.com account has never been suspended, and we do not do any dropshipping. Nor have we had any of the other mentioned issues (IP,RA,OR, forged docs)

However, our Amazon.uk account was suspended a year ago. We did not use it and had no products listed, but Amazon kept demanding a VAT # (which we did not have). We owe no VAT fees on this Amazon.uk acct, yet we keep receiving this message:

"Greetings from Amazon Payments UK Limited.

You have previously been notified of your outstanding VAT liabilities.To pay by wire transfer or check, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this message. If there are any positive funds in your account, we may utilize them to settle the outstanding balance. Please be informed that the release of funds will be made once your VAT liabilities have been cleared.

If you have questions regarding your payment options, or have recently made a payment, you can write to our team at mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk Thank you for selling on Amazon."

We have since sent 4 emails to "mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk" explaining that we owed no VAT, but they have never replied.

I can't close our UK account, nor can I reach help support there - I just get caught in a continual loop.

Our latest case filed was 15452452841. It was transferred without a response. Other cases transferred without a response: 15452406101, 15268530351, 15268478511, 15165111641, 15136836201, 14943655911, 14943632511, 14943614581, 14905291091 and more.

Generally Amazon takes a universal approach to suspensions so that problems in one country infect the accounts in other countries.

You will almost certainly need to fix the UK account to get thinks going.

Unfortunately I was unable to get the help I needed (CASE 15474101221). @CR_Amazontried but was unable to get any response from the UK, which is the problem. I have a KYC issue in the UK (even though I haven sold there in 3 years) that can not be handled in the US. Due to my UK account being deactivated, there is only 1 way of contacting Seller Support there, which only gets an immediate canned response.

Is there any other option or contact? I can't believe Amazon cant solve such a simple issue.

Hello @Steve_Amazon,

I noticed in several other cases you were able to get a release of funds for other Sellers. Hoping you can help here. We have a deactivated UK account that is preventing our US funds ffom being distributed. Have been tyring to 9 months to get our US funds freed up.

Amazon can barely keep up with the suspensions so solving things is not a strong suit.
