Account suspension-Appeal failed “documents appears to be forged or manipulated”

Hi guys,
I received the following reply from Amazon about my failed appeal.
The reason is " You have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged or manipulated"
But the invoices I’ve submitted are ALL authentic.
I’m so confused and have no idea how would I explain/prove they are not.
Please help me:cry::cry::cry:

How do I send the required information?
Please submit this information by clicking the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notifications.html).
What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days, funds will be withheld and any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused “inauthentic” complaints in Amazon European fulfillment centers will be destroyed at your expense.

If you work for 2 different companies but dont have access to their seller central, why are you doing their appeals and handling invoices?
