Hello fellow sellers,

I'm hoping to get some advice on a recurring and frustrating issue I'm facing with my FBA inventory.

I have an ASIN where a significant number of units are first being marked as "Warehouse Damaged" in my inventory reports. However, a few days later, the status of these same units is changed to "Defective." Shortly after that, they are disposed of.

This has just happened again with a recent batch of 7 out of 30, the number increases every day

My automated unfulfillable inventory settings are set to return all unfulfillable items to my address. They should not be getting disposed of.

The product is sealed: My item is sold in a sealed package. It is impossible for it to be "defective" unless a customer opened it and returned it. These are not customer returns; they are being damaged in the warehouse. The initial "Warehouse Damage" classification seems correct.

Seller Support was no help: I have already opened a case with Seller Support. They were unable to resolve the issue and stated that, according to Amazon's Terms & Conditions, they have the right to dispose of inventory marked as defective. They did not address why the classification was changed from "Warehouse Damage" to "Defective."

This feels like Amazon is damaging the items and then reclassifying them to shift the financial responsibility from themselves to me.

Has anyone else experienced this specific sequence of events (Warehouse Damaged -> Defective -> Disposed)?

If so, have you found a way to successfully challenge this and get reimbursed for what should be Amazon's responsibility?

How can I get Amazon to honour my settings and return these items to me for inspection?

Any insights or strategies you could share would be greatly appreciated.

One of our party card games got flagged as an "adult" product, but it is absolutely not sexual in any way at all. No explicit content, no suggestive imagery, nothing like that. We appealed but got a canned denial.

This classification is killing visibility, and we’re stuck. Can someone take a look or help escalate?

This listing has been live for almost 6 years without issue. The US listing just had their adult flag removed after they acknowledged it was incorrect.

I'm reaching out here because the Feedback Manager has once again failed to remove clearly unfair and policy-violating feedback, and I urgently need your help.

Here’s what happened:

A customer ordered a product that is clearly described as plastic bottles — the word “plastic” is mentioned in both the title and description. However, the buyer later submitted a return request stating:

"I assumed I ordered glass bottles."

This is entirely a buyer mistake not a fault with the product or with our service. Still, as a gesture of goodwill, I offered to accept the return, following Amazon’s rules, with the condition that the buyer covers original and return shipping since we were not at fault.

In response, the customer left the following negative feedback:

"I think it’s so unreasonable that if you’re not happy with your goods that you should have to pay original shipping and return shipping."

This feedback is NOT related to our service. It’s a personal opinion about Amazon’s return policy and an attempt to shift blame for a mistake the buyer made by not reading the listing.

Despite this, Feedback Manager rejected our removal request.

How is this fair? Sellers are being punished publicly for things we didn’t do and Amazon's automated tools are failing to protect us from misuse of the feedback system.

I am respectfully asking you to step in and escalate this.

We followed all policies, acted professionally, and still got hit with damaging feedback for something that was not our fault.

This kind of situation makes it feel like sellers are left completely unsupported.

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this — I shipped a unit to Amazon FBA (UK), and it was received at the fulfilment centre. It even showed in my inventory for a bit. Then it moved to “FC Processing”, and a few days later… it vanished.

Now when I check, the shipping receipt shows a discrepancy of -1, and the item is nowhere to be found. No sale, no return — just gone

New vouchers remaining in "Submitted" state

I added some new vouchers on Wednesday of last week and they are still remaining in the submitted stage. As it is Prime Day tomorrow it is essential they go live. Does anyone know why they may still be showing as submitted?

Any help would be appreciated.

New seller, made a dire mistake with my listing. I was planning to sell Pre-filled party bags including sweets, but made the mistake of including Maoam and Haribo sweets. My listing had 8 variations (different sizes and quantities of bags) meaning I now have 8 trademark violations. I tried to alter the bags to not include the branded sweets, and changed the pictures but was told I would have to create a new listing if I've altered it. I have now deleted the listing.

I did have some missed calls from an Amazon number while in work, but the number can't take inbound calls. I've been trying to contact someone for help, and mentioned the missed calls that I am unable to return, but all I keep getting is a response acknowledging that I've missed calls, and that they know I'm trying to find a solution to fix it....without offering a any suggestions or help. I'm afraid my account is going to be deactivated before I've even had the chance to get it launched properly. Is there anything I can actually do to fix this?

I have listed my product under the brand name Generic. I have tried to create cases to change the brand name but Amazon are stating that I can not rebrand a product. Nothing I have said so far has made a difference to the automated reply.

Can you please help me to update brand name, this will help me to analyse my product stats in brand section.

As a new seller, I was eligible to sell Winco branded items. So, I listed the items and tried to send to Amazon warehouse as FBA. But, I got en error saying that I need to apply to sell to send to Amazon even if I was able to list. Then, I applied to sell and I purchased 200 units from one of the ASINS as requested in application to sell. My purchase was from one of the distributors of the brand which was confirmed by the brand to me by mail. After several applications to sell (many rejections), invoice has been approved by Amazon with manual check (I understand that it was checked by a person form the signature of that person in the approval mail). Then, I sent 100 units of the item that I purchased as 200 units. After I sent the items to Amazon warehouse, I received an email from Amazon stating that I need to apply to sell again, and I was gated one more time. I asked this to Amazon by chat, they told me that if I apply to sell again, it will be approved quickly.

I applied again several times until today, but I am repetadly declined. The invoice is authentic, not a proforma invoice or packing slip or a sales order, it's an original invoice from the distributor of the brand as confirmed by the brand, too. All my applications are declined with an automatic mail, not a manual check or review. The stock is in stranded inventory now, and I am really stuck and don't know what to do. Everything is as requested by Amazon, but I can not go further.

Any suggestion?

Hi as you can imagine i am losing my mind.

The buybox has been removed on every single listing i am on even for private label without warning or reason.

Ive gone from 2k a day to less then £100 a day for no reason

Every single metric is perfect. Nothing is above any threshold set by amazon

i need help asap or i will have to go through legal route as this is devistating to my business.
