Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share a link that some of you might find useful: About Amazon UK

It’s Amazon’s official UK site where they post updates on what the company is working on. Things like sustainability efforts, delivery innovations, support for small businesses, and community projects.

Here are a few reasons to check it out:

  • Stay updated: They post stories about how Amazon is changing and growing in the UK, which can help you understand the bigger picture.
  • See behind the scenes: Learn about how Amazon operates, what they’re doing around the environment, and how they support small businesses like yours.
  • Great for storytelling: If you're building a brand and talking to customers, knowing what Amazon stands for can help shape how you present yourself too.

Have a look and let us know what you think. And if you find it useful, please give this post an upvote! 👍

Have a great Friday ahead!

guys need urgent help,

My listing got blocked due to brand violations. I have listed my product as an existing listing and I thought it’s generic. There was no approval needed at first. I shipped the inventory to Amazon werehous and started selling, next day I got blocked due brand complaint. Now I am trying to settle the violation and creat removal order to get my inventory back, however the seller support telling me that it takes 60 days to do so and some of them says you could do it straight away. The seller support wasn’t quite helpful for me, furthermore I have contacted the brand directly to recall thier complaint and they consistently ignoring me.

Please advise me on what to do. I am getting charged by leaving my inventory in Amazon warehouse every day.

Please help us reactivate the Account dezactivaded
by Seller_JqDHSSicWVDAi

My name is ANCUTA , and I represent Owner Wolesalle UK Ltd. I am writing to request the reactivation of our seller account, which has been deactivated for quite some time.

Since May 6th, we have completed the verification of our VAT and business information, and our payments have been activated. However, me account has not yet been reactivated.

We have complied with all of Amazon's policies and have provided the correct information necessary for verification. We would like to understand why our account remains inactive and if there are any additional steps we need to take to reactivate it.

Cannot get approval to sell my own product
by Seller_T6vbj3gsQamoq

I am the manufacturer, the registered owner of the brand in Brand Registry and have my Seller Central account linked through Brand Registry.

Much of our catalogue is already listed by resellers so have existing ASINs.

I am trying to add those ASINs to our Seller Central account but am finding for about 50% of the listings I am being prevented as I 'require approval' to sell.

I have reviewed the listings and in each case the Brand Name (mine) and Manufacturer (me) is identical to the listings I am able to list and edit. I really can't understand why some are being restricted.

I have clicked through to 'request approval' but just seem to enter into an auto-rejection cycle, I can't provide an invoice from a distributor because I am not purchasing products from a distributor these are my products for which I am the trademark holder and manufacturer and have gone through the Amazon process with Brand Registry.

How do I gain access to the listings for my own products?

Hello Sellers,

Three months ago, we announced New term financing option available for eligible UK sellers. We have noticed several questions about Amazon's new financing partner, TradeBridge, and wanted to create a comprehensive guide addressing the most common queries. As an Amazon-vetted finance partner for UK sellers, TradeBridge offers funding solutions of up to £5,000,000 with flexible terms and competitive rates.

In this post, we will cover:

✅ Who TradeBridge is and their credentials

✅ How their financing compares to previous Amazon Term Loans

✅ Key features and benefits

✅ Eligibility requirements and application process

We have organized the information in a Q&A format to make it easier to navigate. If you have additional questions after reading, please feel free to ask them in the comments below.

💡 Let's dive into the details...

Q1: Who is TradeBridge and why should I trust them?

TradeBridge is one of two finance partners, selected by Amazon to offer funding to UK sellers. They have over 10 years of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) funding experience. TradeBridge has been thoroughly vetted by Amazon and is trusted to provide financing solutions specifically designed for marketplace sellers. More information about them can be found at TradeBridge’s Website.

Q2: How does TradeBridge financing compare to the discontinued Term Loans underwritten by Amazon?

To qualify for TradeBridge financing, Amazon UK sellers must first meet specific eligibility requirements and receive an invitation to apply. Through TradeBridge's program, sellers can access financing by selling their future receivables, with convenient repayment through fixed monthly installments. This financing solution offers more generous funding amounts and flexibility compared to Amazon's discontinued Term Loans program.

Features of TradeBridge financing include:

  • Funding amounts: Up to £5,000,000
  • Term Length: 3-18 months
  • APR range: 9.99% - 24.99%
  • Fixed monthly repayments via direct debit
  • No personal or business credit score impact
  • Estimated approvals within 2-hours
  • No collateral requirements, no personal guarantees
  • Transparent rates
  • Choice of funding date
  • Flexible first repayment date (up to 45 days) after cash disbursement
  • Option for scheduled payment holiday
  • No early repayment penalties
  • Late payment penalties apply for unscheduled missed payments

Q3: What are the eligibility requirements to obtain an invitation and approval?

Amazon uses an automated eligibility model to evaluate sellers who are in good standing. This evaluation considers multiple business performance metrics, including sales growth, order defect rate, customer feedback ratings, shipping performance, and various other proprietary indicators. Sellers interested in checking whether they've received a financing invitation, can find this information on Seller Central either in the 'Recommendations' section on the home page or under the Growth > Lending tab. Once the application has been submitted, TradeBridge begins a comprehensive underwriting process. This includes a whole business track review, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, and anti-money laundering screenings. Drawing on their 10 years of industry experience, TradeBridge operates responsibly using advanced financial processes to ensure approved offers are made only to clients who can comfortably manage repayments while focusing on the growth of their business.

For more information regarding the Lending Program please visit the Amazon Lending help page.

Reposting as there was no response on the last thread

Hi @Seller_gAhPNiLrkfTcr @Seller_Huz6FT08OxHAR @Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP @Seller_TSXM2A5nxWSuH — we need help with a feedback issue.

Case ID: 10988596572

Order ID: 026-7921537-1831558

Item was delivered on March 8, 2025, at 10:47 AM with proof of delivery (photo + signature) submitted to Amazon.

The customer never contacted us, didn’t request a refund, nor claimed non-delivery — this strongly suggests the negative feedback was left by mistake.

Despite providing all evidence, Amazon hasn’t removed the feedback. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this.

Thank you so much for your support!

Kind regards,

Anthony

Hello everyone,

I’ve been selling a product for several months as New, with around 400 units sold per month. However, I recently received a message saying my product is now classified under:

  • rp_3p_offer in conditions: New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible

  • Or under Beauty category in conditions: Used, Refurbished, Collectible

This is incorrect.

My product:

Is not part of the rp_3p_offer program

Is not listed under Beauty as used/refurbished

Has always been listed as New and is a brand-new item

Due to this misclassification, customers can no longer buy my item, and this is causing a major loss for my business.

Has anyone experienced this before?

What is the best way to escalate this to the correct Amazon team for urgent correction?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Best regards,

Hi,

I've noticed in the last few days that DPD have been added as an Amazon partnered carrier for Small Parcel delivery into FBA warehouses.

I have booked 10 boxes on as a test. However I cannot seem to be able to book a DPD collection, as the DPD tracking numbers aren't recognised.

Anyone managed to book a collection?

Thanks in advanced

How can I see exactly what my per-sale fees go to
by Seller_INXw3SXGlCoXQ

How can I see exactly what my per-sale fees are on Amazon go to because it seems out of control and I can't profit, especially paying for Amazon Ads. Can I make a claim back on VAT as a VAT exempt (I still pay it)? If not, does that mean operating as a live business and take accounting more profitable due to the claim back?

Amazon Overselling Products
by Seller_b1uMRg2cAnaOX

Recently I've noticed we're having more and more issues with Amazon selling more units than they are told is in stock. Does anyone else have this issue?! Any tips on how to stop it?! I'm getting tired of cancelling orders and getting bad reviews because Amazon decided to sell 12 units when there's only 10 available for example! Not happening on all lines, no specific routine for which items it's happening to either
