Hello All,

If you want Automated handling time for your goods applied to your account you do not need to do anything.

If you prefer to have your opinion of your handling time used, you need to switch off the Automated handling time which has now been applied to your account

HOW TO REPORT TRADEMARK IPO ABUSE

Dear @Ezra_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon,

We are seeing more of an abusive selling practice on Amazon. We have had a situation where a smaller seller has copied all of our images and patented them and then asked Amazon to remove these. We have been selling these items long before this company was even registered and have evidence of this. The IPO office automatically approve any designs, but it can take a very long time for these to be removed / cancelled. It does state on their website "Your invention must be: new - it must not have been made publicly available anywhere in the world"

We have tried explaining this to Amazon and provided evidence of this item being available before these guys wrongly registered a design that is not theirs. We have advised this is a breach of Seller conduct but we are not getting anywhere. We have started to take legal action but this can be takes months. Our account is now at risk of deactivation.

We have been selling on Amazon for a long time. The whole process is so open to abuse, that another seller (as a precaution) just recently trademarked 50 random designs with the IPO from images on Amazon for £90 and plans to do the same thing by reporting all competitors. This is how easy it is get other listings removed for a few months at least and amazon do not do anything

This seller will not get away with this outside of Amazon but it is a shame Amazon know about this abuse but do nothing

Is anyone else suffering from this??

It's becoming intolerable..

We are fully compliant in the UK, USA & EU, yet this keeps happening.

#1 bestseller removed (again..).

Proof sent to Amazon on a case last week prior to takedown.

Given how much the fees and ad's are compared to other channels, you'd think this wouldn't happen.

How is any business capable of crushing their own merchants, which are the lifeblood of the business.

I'd welcome anyone else's views, as we've just about had enough of the constant uncertainty..

please refer to case ID 11104656892. i have been selling this asin since feb 2025 withotu any issue but all of sudden today it was removed due to compliance issue. is says"Request selling approval for policy compliance. Reason: Product requires approval to sell." but upon clicking it, amazon says: We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Home Improvement category in Collectible condition(s)

Other Home Improvement category in Refurbished condition(s)"

this is strange as i have already been selling this product. please fix this asap.

For over a year we have had the same issue with buying labels from Amazon Buy Shipping, when a business customer purchases.

The infomation format on Order details goes:

AMAZON BUSINESS EU SARL PO#

NAME

COMPANY

ADDRESS

On the label it prints it, the information format goes:

AMAZON BUSINESS EU SARL PO#

Name

Street

Postcode

So, when buying shipping labels for a business customer order, labels seem to be missing the business names, meaning many are returned back to us under "address incomplete"

This happens for Royal Mail and DPD, so I am having to scan each one to hand write any missing information. It seems Amazon EU Sarl takes first place over the company name on the shipping label, even though it is not relevant at all!

We have 100+ orders a day, so this is time consuming to say the least. Not to mention in a hurry, some can be overlooked.

Has anyone else managed to get this sorted? if so how?

I have tried to speak to Amazon about this, but you can guess how that went.

Good evening all,

Pulling my hair out so trying the forum for the first time to see if anyone can give me any advice. I have added a new brand to my shop, added the products and the first product listed was accepted and is now active with stock on its way to Amazon FBA. They then suppressed all my additional listings for the same brand and keep rejecting me for selling this brand although I have an item active and selling.

I am pulling my hair out as numerous case logs seem to just give me the standard BOT answers. I know I am providing them all the information they need and have also called. They then pass this on to the relevant team and I get the same BOT answer.

As anyone experienced similar that can share a way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ASIN incorrectly flagged as HFSS

I hope somebody can help before I go insane.

My supplement has been flagged under HFSS due to it apparently containg high fats and high sugar.

The product is just zinc tablets and does not contain either of the above.

Having opened multiple cases, nobody seems to be able to help and I have been going back and forth for weeks.

I can't undertand why Amazon can't look at the listing and take off the flag.

Due to the ASIN being incorrectly flagged, my listing is not active in my ad campaign and I have inventory sat in Amazons warehouse for the last 4 weeks.

Can anyone advise

Not eligible to apply to sell

Hello,

I have an issue with my account where I am completely restricted to list some brands / categories. Note I have sold some of these brands in the past after successfully ungating them but now there is no option to apply to sell.

My account is well established with no violations and good account health. Sellers with less established accounts / account health that I have spoken to can apply to ungate these brands.
