UPS not collecting FBA

Ive seen a few issues but on June 15th I sent one box with 27 items via UPS to FBA - It was placed in a UPS access point locker 6hrs after a got the label.

As of now UPS STILL have not collected the item from the locker according to the tracking.

Has anyone else had this issue because this is only the 2nd box ive sent via the same way with the first box arriving in 4 days of dropping off.

Ive messaged UPS today and am waiting on a reply the box is 3.3k in weight and 30cm by 30cm by 30cm so not what I would call oversized or anything. My mind is racing because what if it's gone missing or something.

Funny because FBA tracking says its in UPS warehouse but UPS tracking says its in the locker.

SS is really starting to get on my nerves. ive been through this stupid process multiple times and now they really dont want to reimburse me for items THEY LOSE

They scan it then lose it and say its a normal process

Yesterday my C&D has dropped off amazon

Orders used to show up on c&d even though I did my buy shipping through amazon to keep my vtr up

is there anybody out there that could help, I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, have contacted rm but nothing in reply

Listing With One Variation

I am trying to create a new listing with only 1 variation which is Flavour. But it's not allowing me to do so and keep asking to add the Size variation (Size turns red). The pack sizes are all the same for this listing.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Out of interest how is everyone finding DpD are the delivery getting there as fast as UPS? I’m not worried about a collection as they collect everyday i’m like everyone here wanting stock to arrive in a timely manner.

Different Item Returned

Hi, I sold an item, buyer claimed item has arrived badly damaged in a conversation with Amazon customer service which was then passed to me. Then the buyer opened a returns case claiming Return Reason: Item defective or doesn’t work (No other buyer comment left on the return)

He/she has sent back the same model but in a different condition and a faulty one.

I suspect he/she has swapped their faulty item for the working one I sent out because the one I've received has marks and damage, whereas the one I sent was basically pristine. Also, I can pretty much guarantee this damage hasn't happened during transit, because the damage is more like gouge marks, deeps scratches etc which aren't going to happen in a padded envelope, with packagaing paper, and a solid cardboard box

So far, the buyer has only opened a returns case and returned the item, no A-Z claim is open

This is fraud?

What do I do?

Royal Mail post to Israel

I'm FMB and just had an order from a customer in Israel...when I try to buy postage from RM I have come across this message on the website "Israeli Post have informed us that Israel has declared a state of emergency as of Friday, the 13th June 2025 until further notice.Due to flight unavailability, all Royal Mail services to Israel were suspended from 7pm on the 19th June 2025 until further notice."

As there's no end date given it looks like I'll have to cancel this order which will impact my pre-fullment cancellelation rate. I know this only lasts for a week but I'm already on 2.4% and don't want to push it up and over the 2.5% naughty step

Why didn't Amazon prevent Israeli cutomers from buying stuff from their website until the state of emergency is over?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to get ungated for L’Oréal Professionnel Paris and keep running into the same issue — auto-declines with no explanation, despite submitting a fully valid invoice.

I bought 36+ units of each product from PSM Vision Ltd, a UK-registered VAT company. The invoice includes:

My full company details (Horvath Distributions Ltd)

Invoice number, date, VAT info, EANs, and batch numbers

Over 10 units per item (required minimum met)

Still, Amazon keeps rejecting it with a generic message like “does not meet requirements.” I’ve even offered to submit:

Tracking numbers

Product photos with labels/barcodes

Bank statement showing payment

I’m not sure what else to do. I understand the supplier might not be on Amazon’s internal whitelist, but the invoice is legit and follows all Amazon guidelines.

Has anyone had success escalating something like this? Can a mod or Amazon rep help escalate this to the Captive or Category Approvals Team for a proper manual review?

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to get approved to sell L'Oréal Professionnel Paris, and I keep hitting the same wall — auto-rejection messages with no real explanation, even though my invoice fully complies with Amazon’s requirements.

Here’s what I’ve submitted:

Invoice for 36+ units per product (well above the 10-unit minimum)

Supplier is a UK-registered VAT company with full business info and matching invoice details

All line items include full product names, EANs, batch numbers, pricing, and country of origin

My business name and invoice address match the Amazon account exactly

Invoice is within 180 days

Still, every time I apply, I get a generic auto-message saying it doesn’t meet the criteria — with no specific reason given.

To support the application further, I’ve also gathered:

Tracking numbers for the order

Photos of the products showing barcodes, packaging, and labels

A bank statement screenshot confirming payment to the supplier

I understand the supplier may not be on Amazon’s internal list of “preferred” distributors, but this is a legitimate, VAT-registered UK wholesaler and the invoice follows every single requirement listed by Amazon.

All I’m asking for is a manual review by the Captive Team or Category Approvals Team — not another automated decision.

If any mods or experienced sellers can help escalate this properly, I’d massively appreciate the support.

Today, I suddenly received a deduction of -29.36€ from Amazon. However, my Amazon seller account was closed several months ago, and there have been no previous charges since the closure.
