🚨 How to Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes

We want to address a concern that many of you have raised regarding unauthorized Brand name changes on Amazon.

We have engaged with many of you, hear you, and we understand the frustration and potential impact this can have on your business. First, we want to assure you that we are actively working with our internal teams to address this issue. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to improving the selling experience for all of our partners.

If you experience an unauthorized brand name change, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature

2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"

3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

4. We're continuously monitoring these reports and working to streamline the resolution process.

However, if your report is declined, please don't hesitate to create a discussion post in the "Manage Your Brand" category and be sure to include your complaint ID for faster follow-up.

We want to emphasize that we're taking this matter seriously and our teams are collaborating to develop more robust safeguards against unauthorized brand name changes. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a more secure and efficient system.

1 customer returning many items

HI

We have had one customer bought 6 jigsaws and returned 4 (All jigsaws puzzles) , this is most unusual for us, we have 10 jigsaws, hardly any bad reviews or returns, a small store, Im trying to email the customer but he has blocked receiving any messages, he has not left feedback. I have a feeling he is doing the jigsaws and then returning or getting a refund from Amazon, can anyone help telling me how to report this to amazon or contact the customer ? Thanks

Multiply Amazon Seller Account - UK Market

Does anyone know for sure if 2 account is legally allowed to operate on Amazon UK market? Same director different business entity, different email, different phone number different address.

It is tricky as I see loads of people getting section 3 deactivations due to multiply account regulation yet I was told by amazon itself on chat it is fine as long as gets approved through KYC. Well we know that they like sending weather reports for logical questions so I am really hesitating to go ahead or not with 2nd account on new business.

I dont want to end up having both account deactivated without any reason...

Any replies or ideas or comments Wellcome :)

If you plan to take time off over the summer, we recommend that you update your holiday status to prevent new Fulfilled by Merchant orders and protect your Account Health.

When you set your account to On holiday, we temporarily remove your Fulfilled by Merchant listings from Amazon product detail pages and search results.

If this setting is not enabled, missed shipments can hurt your performance metrics, including the following:

  • Late dispatch rate
  • Valid tracking rate
  • Order defect rate
  • Pre-fulfilment Cancellation Rate

To enable holiday mode, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Store status and holiday settings.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Holiday status, use the toggle to set your store status to On holiday.

For more information, go to Listing status for holidays and other absences.

hello im a new seller on amazon...its over a month and i am unable to ungate grocery category which has already cost me hundreds of pounds...i have bought stuff from uks 2 largest wholesalers and my invoices are still not getting accepted and the worse is no one responds where im wrong or whats missing in these invoices...some people suggest that i should keep trying but when i apply again the new application gets rejected within a minute which shows no one is even going through my application...my question is if amazon does not accept one of uks largest wholesalers invoices then what is left to provide them...extremely frustrated

only one shipping option for 2 months

This was a problem for some people earlier in the year, but is anyone currently having problems with no shipping options, other than Evri? Its been 2 months now and it seems Im caught in a rut, of weekly notifications, from Seller Support to say they're 'working on it'. I have to go off-site to purchase all RM services.

Hi Admins,

I need your assistance please if you'd be so kind.

We had 3 of our branded listings taken down for suspected product authenticity issues (despite zero ncx and excellent ratings over hundreds of orders? literally not one)

I have appealed this over ten times on each of the three ASINS concerned.

Every single point that Amazon wanted on the initial policy warning has been addressed in each appeal. With utter transparency to the point of not just providing our suppliers, but also our suppliers suppliers where applicable - right up to the official distributor level.

But no matter what we write, no matter what we provide - the same generic robot response saying insufficient information. And the rejections are coming quicker now, I'm pretty certain they aren't reading them at all.

Lost the buy box eligibility overnight. Tried to lower the prices by £5 in some cases just to test it out and nothing.

We meet all of the buy box eligibility criteria.

- Just double checked and no chargeback claims

- Provide great customer service (check)

Starling or Mettle?

Ive had a massive security breach with my present bank of 20yrs (Santander) they have allowed 12 payments all go out over 3 days fraudulently totalling over £3500 Ive been refunded today while they "investigate" but clearly their Realtime security and geographical systems didnt trigger a stop and I only logged in after getting a fraudulent scam text otherwise Id still be here oblivious and no doubt more payments going out - so overnight done alot of research.. In my research with AI for an alternative Free business bank Ive whittled it down to Starling (modern tech superior to Santander) or Mettle (Similar modern tech but Free accounting software as MTD comes in for me next year) - AI told me that Amazon wont accept old Mettle e-money accounts but will accept new ones - so not sure about this - Anyone using Mettle on Amazon to confirm this?

My other alternative is to leave my Santander account just accepting Amazon deposits and Ill transfer them out to my new account as Im honestly worried about falling into verification (I know it will but its a can of worm I dont want to open, who does) - Anyone changed their bank account on Amazon trouble free?
