I have tried to find a solution in the forums but can't seem to find anything. Currently when I print a shipping label (royal mail standard large letter) if there is a long street name / town it does not fit on the label and it moves it onto the next line but with smaller letters. Sometimes the postcode does not have a space in it and also my return address prints too far to the left. Is there a way of rectifying this. As I often have to print the address separately and stick it over it as it looks a mess.

So, the Customer Reviews page is being discontinued in favour of Voice Of The Customer.

I find VOTC useless. I have a couple of "Very Poor" listings because of Negative Customer Experience (NCX), but it doesn't give any useful feedback. Reviews usually (but not always) give you some information you can work with.

Unless I'm missing something, VOTC doesn't tell me anything about why the customer had a negative experience.

I have lately been getting a lot of these on my MFN orders....

"The destination is a commercial address. Delivering outside business hours can lead to poor customer experience and may prevent repeat purchases from the customer."

So what do you do when they order Next Day Delivery on a Friday?

Royal Mail leaving parcels outside

Anyone else having issues with Royal Mail leaving parcels outside lately?

I don't recall it having these issues before with RM, only with couriers like Evri. Is this something they started to do? We've had a spike in these kinds of issues.

Surprisingly, some have been left outside the doors of community apartments. I really don't know how any sensible person thinks its safe to do this, you wouldn't leave your own property out in a hallway never mind outside where anyone can take the parcel.

We supply sockets and switches on Amazon and have done for years, now we are finding Amazon removing listings due to 'prohibited to sell universal sockets'

They are standard UK 3 Pin plug sockets so what are we doing wrong?

A-Z claim late delivery loophole

Had a customer place an order for next day delivery, Saturday.

Saturday comes, the customer asks where their parcel is. I checked and found they requested the courier not to deliver that day. I ask them about this and they say they no longer want the item.

Later, I find they rescheduled the delivery for Monday, this is delivered but they open an A-Z claim, claiming they hadn't received their parcel.

I provide all the information, mentioning what happened, Amazon still refunds them because it wasn't delivered on time. I appeal, this is denied.

Even if it wasn't intentional, why should someone get a free item? At most, they should be refunded the postage cost.

Approval to Sell - Sausage Casings

We've been selling sausage casings for years in Amazon US now and all of our products are imported from Germany or New Zealand. We have available inventory and wish to replenish but it's now giving us error saying that we need approval to sell. The "Request Approval" is nowhere. Can someone take a look at our case? We have a lot of units now sitting in stranded due to the listings deactivated
