PREMIUM SHIPPING SHOWING INCORRECT EDD

over the last few day the estimated delivery time for premium shipping is incorrect. both 1 day and 2 is active on the shipping template but 1 day is not even showing on the asin at checkout.

and when we deactivate the 2 day shipping, 1 day shows but the EDD is more far ahead than 2 day shipping! 2 day delivery times are correct but 1 day is not showing.

Hi

From my previous posts KYC needed to verify that I am based and trade in the UK

They now say they cannot do that even though I showed them everything they need

I contact seller support who immediate close the case saying I need to go back to the dashboard but then the dashboard says this :

'We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support.'

Any ideas?

I mean it drives me mad on Amazon from wrong A to Z, to trying to lodge a Case, to auto Seller Support responses.

But then you have AI everywhere, from Live Chat on Bay of E, to Evri, Royal Mail - pretty much most large companies.

I hate it, sends my blood pressure soring.

Getting to the point I want to give up my Amazon business.

Authenticity of a product - again

Hello,

Does anyone else have the problem of "authenticity of a product" every few months? We sell a line that's FBA, and every other month, a customer will report that the product is not authentic. We have provided proof that the products are and supplied all the information needed. Amazon will accept this most times, and it's good again for another month. The problem is that in the meantime, we are restricted from sending any more of the product to Amazon, which causes delays and loss of sales.

Is there any way around this? It seems a little crazy that you can provide proof that all products are genuine, and then a few months later, you need to repeat the whole process. Part of me wonders if it's competition that likes to buy and report the product as non-authentic to remove the competition.

Item in extra packaging to include an insert

Hello

I was wondering if anyone knew if an item sent to FBA could be sent in extra packaging so an insert could be included?

The item is a food product so the insert cannot go in the item itself.

The insert is just some extra info on the product that doesn't fit on the packaging. Not essential info as it would be on the packaging, just some extra info. Not asking for feedback etc.

Years ago I myself did order a fat burner and detox bundle, which was two bottles, and it arrived as two bottles in a clear bag (like a food bag) with just the ASIN barcode sticker on it. The ASIN sticker was obviously for the pair together. Each bottle still had it's usual unique barcode ASIN for the individual product.

Was wondering if it's still possible to do this, or if anyone does do it, or has seen it?

Vine Review Removal

Hi folks,

In March, I sent two units of my product to Vine for the review. I received one review within a week or so, and received the second 5-star vine review a week or so after that; however, it was removed after only a few days. I contacted Seller Support, they took lot of time and eventually suggested me to contact community-help@amazon.co.uk which I did but never ever received a reply from them - I followed up 4-5 times since March but in vain.

For Gods sake, this review was authentic and crucial to the visibility and credibility of my product, and why would they even remove it when they gave it and had the product for free!!!

Could anyone kindly clarify why this Vine review could have been removed OR what can be done to restore it?

bulk label format

I buy labels in bulk via Amazon and they usually load onto the screen in one continuous line - now they are being created as a zip file with each label having another below with the order on - wasting labels and each one has to be opened individually and printed separately - it's ridiculously time consuming.

Have I changed a setting somewhere?

MY DISBURSEMENT WAS CANCELLED

My disbursment was cancelled I have no email to say why no performance notifications and seller support have no idea. They mentioned verification but there is no notice to verify any information either. My seller account is active and account health is very good. Can anyone help Please Admin can you give me some more information?

my account was deactivated almost 110 days ago totally unfair, account has no negative feedback no violation but Amazon directly deactivated and asking for invoices Even no return no complaint and have positive feedbacks on products . I provided invoices but Amazon never accept. I don't care about account I think Amazon has been a scamming company instead of ECOM . There was my funds almost £7700 but after some days showing £6213. 60 days passed I send appeal to disbursement team for funds but they replied that you use your account in illegall activities (without video call interview), I never do any illegal activity and all was smooth . Still I'm sending emails to them and opening cases but same response everytime. Support team always saying we can't help the disbursement department is different department just contact with them via email . I don't know what's happening with bezoz . Many of seller report same issue that without video call or after video call Amazon denied to disburse funds . It's totally unfair,if Amazon don't want to allow seller in platform it's okay but why not giving funds to them ? And no contact information no physical office,I sent letter in US Seattle office for to check but never get reply.

It has been a scamming just
