I'm trying to understand how this is calculated and at what point these numbers are actually updated?

Will give you example - on 19th of May we sent 180 cubic feet worth of goods to Amazon FBA. On that day, prior to creating that shipment, our number for Average Daily Shipped volume was 7.54, average daily inventory 1480.

Shipment was delivered on 20th, all items checked in on 21st.

Today Average Daily Shipped volume changed to 7.7

But it should have increased to about 9.52, no?

If we Shipped 180 cubic feet of goods, this is (180/13)/7 = 1.98 average daily volume over 13 weeks. So should be 7.54 plus 1.98?

I also fail to notice when exactly that number is being updated - when we create shipment? When it gets delivered? When goods are checked in? Or when shipment status changes to closed?

Help I Need Help

Changed my account to a sole trader as had problems linking the limited business bank account.

Thought id sent all correct document to amazon ie UTR for me as a person to do this.

Amazon have deactivated my selling account as it did not pass verification

Now I am having no help on how to reactivate my account

I have tried several times to link my bank account for payments and none of the banks accounts in my name work.

The help option in amazon does not give me the required option to solve my problem in reactivating my account

So a created a new amazon selling account and that was closed too as you can't have 2 accounts and have been told to sort out my first account to get it reactivated by an agent in person on telephone

BUT HOW DO I DO THIS ?? Its impossible to get any help of feedback

Dear Amazon seller support team,

We have again applied for negative feedback from order #205-3308678-6025940 because the feedback part involves product reviews and we have a full refund, in line with Amazon's feedback removal policy. The specific reasons are as follows:

First of all, the feedback content includes product reviews, not just service issues

The customer feedback mentioned that "black tennis skirt is missing", which is a description of the product itself (out of stock/not received), rather than a simple service evaluation.

According to Amazon's Buyer Feedback Policy Article 5.2.3:

"When the feedback content is mainly aimed at the product rather than the seller's service, the seller can apply for removal. When the evaluation focuses on the product's characteristics, availability, or the product itself, it should be submitted through the product evaluation system rather than the seller's feedback system."

And we have a full refund and the problem has been completely resolved

According to item 3.1.7 of the "Seller Feedback Removal Guide":

"When the seller has provided a full refund and resolved customer complaints, the relevant negative feedback no longer reflects the current transaction status and can be removed as obsolete information."

We have refunded 100% in full as required by our customers (see attachment for refund vouchers), which complies with Amazon's principle of "remove feedback after problem solving". However, customer feedback did not mention the facts of the refund, which resulted in incomplete content and could mislead other buyers.

Finally, this feedback does not objectively reflect the overall transaction experience

After discovering logistics problems, we actively contacted the customer and provided a 40% refund compensation (the customer did not accept it). Finally, the full refund was made as required by the customer, but our active handling was not reflected in the feedback and did not meet Amazon's "fair evaluation" requirements.

According to Section 4.5 of the Feedback Abuse Policy:

"The buyer submits inaccurate or misleading feedback knowing that the problem has been resolved may constitute a misuse of feedback."

The Amazon team is asked to re-examine and remove this feedback to ensure fairness of the evaluation system.

Hi everyone,

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Does Amazon hold the vat from the items I sale

Hello All

Someone please explain to me....

I am based in the UK and new to the Amazon Seller account. I want to sell Cotton bags. I want to know that, does Amazon keeps the VAT amount from the payment I receive from my sales? If it does, then at the time of my VAT returns, how can I mention that to HMRC? So confusing.

Here I'm not talking about the VAT on Amazon fees, it is about the VAT from my product sales. For example, on the revenue calculator, it shows that from the sales of an item, which is £11.99, Amazon deducts

Amazon fees: £1.91

Fulfilment cost: £3.26

Storage cost: £0.17

Estimated VAT: £2.00 (Does Amazon keep it and forward it to HMRC? )

Estimated cost: £7.33

Net Profit £4.66

That £2.00 VAT is my (company) money, isn't it? If Amazon keeps that £2.00 it affect the cash flow of my company? At the time of VAT filing, how can I convey this on my VAT returns to HMRC, saying these monies are kept by Amazon?

eBay only collects the promoted listing fee and the postage, and pays us back the remaining.

A TO Z granted when photo shows it in letterbox

So the photo shows the package in the letterbox, A to Z granted.

Letterbox is more than Amazons own delivery network do, my packages get left in my garden, even though I have a parcel drop box, 6 different safe locations but my small business is the one who gets penalised because the customer "claims" non delivery.

As all us Sellers and the Mods know, the A to Z system is broken. Probably because its run by AI like the rest of Amazon.

Am so cross about this.

Dear friends:

Hello!

We currently have two problems:

1. Due to the severe limitation of inventory capacity in the EU market, we cannot ship to Amazon EU warehouses (we use the FBA fulfillment program to place inventory in the UK, Germany, and Italy). Currently, in the EU market, two of our products are about to be out of stock. We have submitted an application to request an increase in storage capacity. We hope that the seller support logistics team will approve the request for increased storage capacity as soon as possible.

2. Is there a problem with the seller support page? We submitted the problem through seller support and expedited the review. At the last step, we clicked the "Submit" button. However, the "Submit" button did not respond. We tried to submit in the UK, Germany, and Italy markets, but failed.

At present, we cannot know the results of the review.

Can the relevant personnel of the forum and community solve the above problems?

changing from individual to LTD

I have my account for almost 2 years now but i never used it to sell anything but recently decided to start selling as my registered company. However, when i created my account i opened as an individual and now that i want to change from individual to privately owned business, i have no option to change it.

I spoke to help team many times and each of them gives me a different reason and different instructions to follow but none of them works. One of them told me to upgrade my selling plan from individual to professional selling which i did but it did not give me any extra features to change.
