🚨 How to Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes

We have engaged with many of you, hear you, and we understand the frustration and potential impact this can have on your business. First, we want to assure you that we are actively working with our internal teams to address this issue. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to improving the selling experience for all of our partners.

If you experience an unauthorized brand name change, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature

2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"

3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

4. We're continuously monitoring these reports and working to streamline the resolution process.

However, if your report is declined, please don't hesitate to create a discussion post in the "Manage Your Brand" category and be sure to include your complaint ID for faster follow-up.

We want to emphasize that we're taking this matter seriously and our teams are collaborating to develop more robust safeguards against unauthorized brand name changes. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a more secure and efficient system.

One of my three books, which I sell 'new', has become almost impossible to find, hidden behind the many 2nd-hand sellers, including the ubiquitous 'World of Books'. One has to work one's way through quite a menu to find my sale page, and even then it's not complete.

What can I do to get it back to the same prominence as the other two?

Hi guys, I'm very confused here when doing my profit calculation. Please tell me if I'm doing this right or wrong. I'm deducting the expenses from the income and then I deduct the COGS that was £5600. Doing it this way I'm making a loss that does not make sense as I have products that do well that sell for £25+. Can someone help me out here please.

Hi everyone,

We accidentally created an FBA shipment using the wrong ASIN, even though the products sent were correct and had the correct FNSKU labels.

Amazon has now:

  • Received the stock and marked it as available for sale
  • Assigned it to the wrong ASIN (due to the shipment plan)

Listing is part of a variation, so we can’t suppress or close it easily

We’ve raised the price and submitted a removal order to stop sales. Support says we have to wait until the shipment is fully closed (by 28 July) before they can investigate.

Our options seem to be:

  • Wait and raise a case to have the stock reassigned
  • Proceed with the removal and resend under the correct ASIN

Has anyone had success with Amazon reassigning inventory to the correct listing in this kind of situation?

VTR issues - PLEASE HELP

I am having huge issues with the VTR system that is causing real issues within my business at the moment.

My VTR rate has dropped to a low of 65% even though I am using a validated carrier and everything is fully tracked and all items showing defects have been delivered.

I am currently on the phone to seller support who will not help me regarding this issue so I am reaching out as a last resort.

This issue has only just started to occur. Nothing has changed from my side as I am still using the same software to ship my items and the same courier with the same format. The system has now just started to pick up and state that the item fails valid tracking.

The CS agent stated that this was due to me not manually selecting the shipping provider from the drop down menu but this makes no sense as the carrier is selected from the drop down when the info is sent over from ShipStation. The systems are just not communicating now for some reason.

I have also tracked all items on the list and they all show successful delivery.

Please help me!

We have enrolled in SFP, however, when we generate a DPD shipping label, it is in A4 PDF format. Is there a way to change the setting so it prints on a thermal label size instead of A4?

More of a rant than anything.

  • We shipped a £30 order to a customer using Parcelforce.
  • Customer claimed non-delivery and opened an A-Z
  • Checked tracking, shows delivered and with photo evidence of someone holding the package inside their doorway
  • Checked google maps, doorway shows the exact same as in the image
  • A-Z appealed
  • A-Z Lost

Literally ridiculous.

This is a very distressing situation, i purchased a number of units of ASIN B07D3ZX35J from a well known distributor, this can be verified by amazon if they want to

Physical products are in hand, my seller invoice is PDF, clear visibly everything matches up, but it keeps getting rejected. Initially the name of the product was not written in full, I have reached out to the wholesale contact who kindly provided me with another invoice which i resubmitted, it was still rejected by amazon.

Any pointers as to why? Can any of the Mods help out? I am happy to provide any information necessary

A customer ordered 10 units at £42 each.

Put a-z claim against 1 of the units not turning up. Tracking info provided with all parcels showing including photo and order accepted in order name. On appeal Denied and refund issued for all 10 units at £422.

I am just about to appeal the amount but as we all know, Amazon do not care 1 bit. Can I get some advice/template to approach SS about this.
