Proofs of searching cost

We are a manufacturer of the products we sell (furniture). We have encountered the problem of proving the searching cost of the goods. We cannot provide the invoices listed in the policy, since we do not have such invoices. At the same time, Amazon reimburses ridiculously small amounts for the loss of goods in the warehouse. How to prove the cost?

VAT on USA fees reclaim

I have just seen another forum but it's locked about USA fees for advertising with VAT. I am VAT registered and claim all UK Amazon VAT back. I never expected the USA fees to have UK VAT and potentially have 6 years of a reclaim to make ££££$$$$

The invoices for CA and USA advertising have a Canada / USA address but GB VAT number of Amazon.

Question, do you all claim back this VAT? I have never claimed back from a non UK company and ditched my accountant a few months back so coming to fellow sellers for assistance. Thanks for any input

Negative Seller Feedback for missed delivery?

Hi, I recently had an order which shipped out correctly with Evri and when they attempted to deliver, no one was in so it was returned to the depot. They tried 3 more times before they then returned it back to me. The buyer later left negative feedback out of the blue saying item wasn't delivered?? I don't get how this is my fault and why hey have left negative seller feedback? I'm a fairly new seller on Amazon so this feedback has caused my order defect rate to go above the target due to the small quantity of MFN orders that I do. I was wondering if anyone could help? Thank you

My issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is the second time I’m sharing my ASINs list. I’ve contacted the seller support team and emailed the managing director, but the problem persists. Their responses have been mostly copy-paste replies. Nearly 90% of my brand’s listings are showing this issue, and they’ve lost their Buy Box privileges without any explanation. Amazon hasn’t sent any notifications or emails about this problem. This has severely impacted my business, including my top-selling FBA products. All these listings are under my own brand. If anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know.

Not gettting the buybox

my products are prime eligible from last 5 days and my prices are competitive as well, but still not getting the buybox, buybox is rotating equally with other sellers.

can anyone suggest what could be the reason or any further action.

My question to the moderators of this forum is:

When will Seller Support improve to a level which actually resolves an issue as fast and as quickly as a Buyer reaching out to the customer service for buyers, one call, one email, BOSH!

Why, when reaching out for help and support, do I receive an email which is for an order from 10th September 2024, which has nothing to do with the order I reached out for?

Our recent shipment (FBA15K4K6YNF) performed a spectacular vanishing act - 12 units of our premium LED-lit makeup mirrors (retailing at €50+ in ES marketplace) disappeared into Amazon's fulfillment ether. After weeks of investigation (kudos to the team for finally confirming the loss), we received compensation worthy of a street magician's pocket change: €1.77 per unit against our €20+ cost.

But wait - the show wasn't over! Another 9 units of complementary LED mirrors (€30+ cost) materialized into €5.9 reimbursements. Our backstage passes? Fully approved invoices and cost documentation in Inventory Defect & Reimbursement.

Here's where the real magic happens:

I recently closed my Amazon seller account and have just under £58 lying in it (I'm not a business seller). How do I get this money? It is just lying there and I can't disperse it? Amazon are hopeless - hence the reason I stopped selling on it.
