🚨 How to Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes

We have engaged with many of you, hear you, and we understand the frustration and potential impact this can have on your business. First, we want to assure you that we are actively working with our internal teams to address this issue. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to improving the selling experience for all of our partners.

If you experience an unauthorized brand name change, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature

2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"

3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

4. We're continuously monitoring these reports and working to streamline the resolution process.

However, if your report is declined, please don't hesitate to create a discussion post in the "Manage Your Brand" category and be sure to include your complaint ID for faster follow-up.

We want to emphasize that we're taking this matter seriously and our teams are collaborating to develop more robust safeguards against unauthorized brand name changes. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a more secure and efficient system.

Buyer opened up an A-Z claim stating he had not received the item. We responded with FULL evidence including a picture of the house, buyer holding the parcel and his signature and Amazon still issued refund under the A-Z guarantee!!! How is this even possible!? We reported the buyer to Amazon for defrauding us and have not heard a single thing back and Amazon say we can no longer appeal.

I have just appealed a lost items reimbursement below the sourcing costs.

Sourcing cost £24

Reimbursement £14.96

They just replied saying no. How can they not follow their own policy? Has anyone had any success in challenging these?

I bought items from a known wholesaler and supplier. Amazon approved a few items on the receipt but now are saying they cannot allow other items on the invoice as they cannot verify suppliers details even though its the same invoice.

Amazon's FBA Fees (UK and Eu Sites) Make no Sense

Hi All,

I wanted to ask you lot about something that's been puzzling me for ages, relating to Amazon's FBA fulfilment fees. With regard to my inventory, I have a number of products that are almost identical but sold as separate ASIN's, yet Amazon's fees for fulfilling them are all different. In some cases, you have two products that are an identical size and weight, yet Amazon will charge e.g. 30 cents more to send one to a customer in Europe, than the other.

Does anyone know why these discrepancies exist? How do Amazon calculate what to charge for the fulfilment fee? Is there anything that can be done to fix such discrepancies?

I did wonder if the answer might lie in the weight and dimensions of the product as entered in the back end but I can't see any evidence of that causing the issue.

Potential Pricing Errors

So Amazon have yet again deactivated one of our listings due to detected pricing errors

ASIN B005FOVIPC

When I look at the item It's Amazon themselves that are selling this and they are offering it at £2.90 with alleged free shipping.

Now Amazon don't charge themselves a fee unlike their selling partners (yeah right), so to match the offer or get even close to it we would be selling at below cost price and stumping up the shipping charge that even with basic Evri shipping is a few pence more than the selling price, so therefore at a big loss.

And the offer to anyone that wants to buy one of these off Amazon, Amazon are offering 'delivery in 6 to 7 months'.

So all in all they've taken this product off the market place as they've go no stock themselves and once again denied us the opportunity of selling these. I truly wonder if Amazon are just extracting the urine.

And I take it this is all legal and above board.

Any mods care to comment?

How do I find my 'Brand registration dashboard' and how do I access my transparency codes please? When I try to sign in to brand registry it just takes me in to seller central. I just want to get some more codes.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get approved to sell L'Oréal Professionnel Paris products (ASIN: B0918FB5G6) and have now been rejected multiple times, despite submitting:

A genuine invoice from Capital Hair & Beauty Ltd (UK-based, trade supplier)

Photos of the exact product I received

An explanation clarifying the abbreviated name on the invoice (“SE VITAMINO COLOR 10 IN 1 190ML”) corresponds to the full ASIN name

The application keeps getting rejected with what seems like a generic automated message, and no real explanation as to why the documentation doesn’t qualify.

I've tried Seller Support and Brand Registry — but still no success. I’m requesting a manual review by the Category Approvals Team.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips to get the case actually looked at?

VTR issues - PLEASE HELP

I am having huge issues with the VTR system that is causing real issues within my business at the moment.

My VTR rate has dropped to a low of 65% even though I am using a validated carrier and everything is fully tracked and all items showing defects have been delivered.

I am currently on the phone to seller support who will not help me regarding this issue so I am reaching out as a last resort.

This issue has only just started to occur. Nothing has changed from my side as I am still using the same software to ship my items and the same courier with the same format. The system has now just started to pick up and state that the item fails valid tracking.

The CS agent stated that this was due to me not manually selecting the shipping provider from the drop down menu but this makes no sense as the carrier is selected from the drop down when the info is sent over from ShipStation. The systems are just not communicating now for some reason.

I have also tracked all items on the list and they all show successful delivery.

Please help me!

We have enrolled in SFP, however, when we generate a DPD shipping label, it is in A4 PDF format. Is there a way to change the setting so it prints on a thermal label size instead of A4?
