I’ve been stuck in a verification loop for over 3 months and I’m hoping someone here might guide me or share a similar experience.
I originally opened a seller account on Amazon.de to sell in Germany, where most of my customers are. Later, I tried to expand into the US marketplace using the same credentials, thinking it was allowed under unified accounts. Unfortunately, this was flagged as a multiple account policy violation, and now both my German and US accounts are deactivated.
Here's the core issue:
My Amazon.com account (PAPARA37...) cannot be verified due to an address error. It incorrectly lists Greece instead of Turkey.
The system won’t let me update the address manually.
I’ve submitted all required documents (ID, bank statements, tax certificate, etc.) several times via cases and appeals.
I requested a manual review, but got no clear response.
Meanwhile, my inventory has been sitting in a German fulfillment center for 3 months, creating a huge financial burden.
I only want to sell on Amazon Germany and either verify or permanently close my US account, but I'm completely stuck.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or knows a way to escalate this to someone who can actually help?
Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated.
