You can send your inventory to Amazon by creating a shipping plan, packing your products and sending them to the fulfilment centres that Amazon designates, using the carrier of your choice.

Has anyone else had a message written like this?

"I need this item delivered by Friday 16th May 2025 at the very latest please. As a consequence of the delays already experienced, I have no alternative option at all. There has been plenty of time to fulfil and deliver the item, or to give me an honest response and sufficient time to find a replacement item."

It's so oddly written. I knew as soon as I started reading it that the customer was trying it on. Sure enough, the item was delivered, and the GPS was right outside his front door. The message reads like it was copied from a scammer's Facebook group or somewhere.

I was just curious if anyone else had received it.

Hello,

Amazon requested verification of my business establishment in the UK for VAT purposes. I am a non-UK resident, but my company is registered in the UK, and the company director is a UK resident.

I believe I meet the UK establishment criteria, and I have uploaded the requested documents multiple times, including:

Business registration proof (UK Companies House document)

Evidence of physical operations in the UK

ID proof of the UK resident director

Address proof of the UK resident director

Proof of the UK business bank account

Despite uploading these documents five times, I continue to receive the same rejection email:

“We reviewed your account and the information that you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.”

There is no explanation of what criteria were not met, and the link provided does not clarify the issue. I also contacted an Account Health Specialist but received no helpful support.

I am requesting assistance to understand why my account is being rejected, despite submitting all the required documents and meeting the stated criteria. Could someone from Amazon Seller Support or Verification please clarify the reason for the rejection or guide me on what is still missing?

Is anyone else finding raising a case and getting any useful help from Seller Support seems to be getting worse - they copy and paste standard replies that have nothing to do with what you've asked them?

Their chatbots or AI are clearly not up to the task of resolving issues in the way talking to a human might resolve it in one go without going over and over the same thing over again hoping that eventually you'll get a sensible reply.

At present it feels like sticking chimpanzees in front of a computer keyboard would have more chance of solving issues than relying on someone from Seller Support doing it!

Negative Seller Feedback for missed delivery?

Hi, I recently had an order which shipped out correctly with Evri and when they attempted to deliver, no one was in so it was returned to the depot. They tried 3 more times before they then returned it back to me. The buyer later left negative feedback out of the blue saying item wasn't delivered?? I don't get how this is my fault and why hey have left negative seller feedback? I'm a fairly new seller on Amazon so this feedback has caused my order defect rate to go above the target due to the small quantity of MFN orders that I do. I was wondering if anyone could help? Thank you

We have over 2000 listings and noticed on Amazon marketplace yesterday that some of them will be delivered 20-22 May, but some others will be delivered 20-23 May. Those with 20-23 May have disgusting red writing stating “Usually dispatched within 2 to 3 days” (I call it a sale prevention).

We have one shipping template for all of the listings (RM 2-3 days). Default Handling Time is set to 2 days, with a cut off time 3am. All listings have 2 days set individually in Handling time too. Automated handling time was activated by Amazon (AGAIN) yesterday, but I switched it off yesterday (AGAIN). Our listings this morning still don’t show this change and we have two different delivery dates across all of our listings. WHAT AM I MISSING???

Has anyone here had any problems with a "This page isn't working" message on seller central? Earlier, i went to transfer my account from sole trader to an LTD company and it showed the first page...but then crashed and now just gives me that message. I can't access any of the pages on there now. Cant change charge method, can't access the "Help" bit. I've contacted the main amazon site support, but they're saying to wait 24 hours. I have no faith this will be fixed. It also keeops telling me

" Invalid Charge Method

You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.

View Charge Method"

I click to view the charge method... "This page isn't working"

I'm so defeated. I've just set everything up, paid for the account, business bank account everything... please someone help me.

It would be MUCH appreciated
