We've been listening to feedback from our sellers, and we understand that for some, the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate.

Brand approval application keeps getting rejected due to computer generated images but all my images are unaltered and taken with my phone.

We are updating the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrolment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines. (Located on pages 6 through 7).

We are also going to host an Ask Amazon session on image guidelines so that sellers will have the opportunity to connect directly with our Brand team experts. More details about this event will follow shortly.

Hi there,

My amazon shipment FBA15K3KYBHT sent to LPL2 has been in "TRANSIT" status for 3weeks now. Unfortunately, I cannot open an investigation ticket as the specified date keeps being pushed. Also, I sent another shipment to LPL2. Not sure how to proceed further or if someone from the support team can escalate.

SFP trial no longer working

I started the SFP trial a couple of weeks ago, it would be only for a few products that would benefit from the Prime badge. I sold 21 orders of the 25 to qualify and suddenly yesterday afternoon it stopped. If I look at the dashboard, it looks fine, I have a score of 100% for delivery on time, 100% and 0% cancellation, no warnings or emails at all. But then when I look at the registered SKUs there is nothing there and it appears I need to register again. As I am already registered, it doesn't allow me to register again. Therefore if someone buys any of those products they are all Standard. I contacted Seller Support but I am not counting on it, has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks

Hi if any person from amazon team can help !

Investigator said that customer complained about receiving different version of the product and when they looked into my inventory which was held in wearhouse they say we also identified it as wrong version! and they attached the pictures taken by the wearhouse team.

fun part is this that the image they took clearly shows that it is the exact version of the product according to the listing. they did not even bothered to have a look on the pictures and just favoured the customer and restricted my selling privaligis !

please any amazon team member have a look into this case id 10962238482 and see the pictures they attached are acctally correct version. and activate our selling privaligis

Hi, I have GTIN exemption approved and Catalogue Authorisation approved. However, now, my listing is inactive and I am asked to get approval but when proceeding, I get notification that "We are not accepting applications to sell"

My ASIN is : B0F1NLCT4B

Please can you look into my issue. I’ve read other forums and it seems that the advice was that without brand registry one can't sell under Health/Supplement category, even if i got approved for GTIN Exemption and Catalogue Authorization.

Please can you also let me know if brand registry is compulsory for Health/Supplement category.

Over the last three months, we noticed an increase in refunds. We started to see a trend for 4 ASINs, where all orders were being refunded. We received no communication from the buyer, as they were going directly to Amazon.

I then started searching for these products on eBay and TikTok and saw them sold on the platforms for very low prices. I then placed orders with the two sellers and addressed to my home address. A few days later, the orders showed up on our seller central with my name and address. We shipped the order, and the delivery arrived the next day (Saturday). On Sunday, the order was showing as refunded. I rang Amazon on Monday, told them what I've done and asked why this order was refunded, as I've received the order in good condition and it's not missing. They said a refund was issued because the item was damaged.

The seller on eBay and TikTok has placed over 300 orders with us, and Amazon has refunded each order, resulting in losses for the business.

I was told to file a report via Seller Central, which I've done three times now, and get the same generic response back from Amazon.

This is an absolute joke on Amazon's part. We are getting no protection from them, and they are happy for sellers to lose out to ensure the customers are happy.

To all sellers on Amazon, keep an eye out for the refunds being issued, and has anyone been experiencing the same? I want compensation from Amazon as we cannot take these losses.

Sales Drop

Good Evening All,

Has anybody noticed a sales drop since using holiday settings. I got back off holiday yesterday before going on holiday I was getting 50 orders a day now I only got 23 today and it seems really quiet any ideas?

We've been selling on Amazon UK without issue for 2+ years. In January we received a message about a routine KYC check. After lots of back and forth with documents we suddenly got the dreaded message that our account had been suspended. 24hrs later it was de-activated. After escalating the matter and appealing the account was re-activated but our inventory is still stranded and our listings are not appearing in search. Under our Business Information section in settings there is a red exclamation mark and the message "Verification Failed We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support." We have tried contacting seller support as well as emailing the KYC team several times but each time we get an automated email back saying we can't open a seller account. Our business is owned by myself, my wife and an UK investor who holds 1/3rd of the shares via an overseas SPV. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Has anyone else noticed the brand names on their listings changing over the last 2 weeks? It started off with a couple of listings being rebranded Erkic, then yesterday it was 76 of my listiings rebranded Erkic, several rebranded GONDMAX and today some of the listings that had been rebranded Erkic had changed to PIROIT overnight. I am the only seller on the listings, so no one else is selling the items. The only common denominator is all the listings have positive feedback on them and I have several thousand listings with no feedback whatsoever, so that is not a coincidence. When I click on the 3 new brand names Erkic, Gondmax and Piroit, they are a collection of listings from hundreds of different sellers from alcohol to t-shirts and everything in between. Have I missed something that everyone else knew about or is it just the bots experimenting? It wouldn't make much difference if it wasn't for the fact I can no longer edit some of my own listings despite being the manufacturer and the only seller? Is anyone else noticing their brand names changing?

FBM is hurting my sales.

Dear Fellows.

i and other FBA sellers were getting good sales on popular shampo listings. than comes the FBM seller. he is taking all the sales on proce of 7.99£. this price is not possible for FBA seller as it gives only 2p in profit. its second month and its getting upsetting now. FBM seller is taking all bu box. rest of us are just watching the sales down. i reduced my asin price for 8.99£ but even than amazon is not giving me bu box.i heard Amazon is all about Prime.aka FBA.
