Brand Registration

In the past I have tried numerous times to register my brand on Amazon, the application fails but does give specific reason as to why.

My products and brand are trade marked within the UK and here on Amazon I sell only to the UK, other EU markets have always been deactivated and I know longer sell to the EU on any platforms due to the new GPSR regulations.

My question is - Have I possibly been failing the brand registration as it required an EU trade mark as by standard we were placed into these markets? Will i not be able to register my brand without an EU license even though I do not sell to the EU here or anywhere else?

If this is not the case it would be great if I could get some further help with my Brand application, I have been on here a few years without being registered and I feel it's holding me back, I have a few products that are beginning to sell well and I think completing the brand registration would really help.

Amazon Overselling Products

Recently I've noticed we're having more and more issues with Amazon selling more units than they are told is in stock. Does anyone else have this issue?! Any tips on how to stop it?! I'm getting tired of cancelling orders and getting bad reviews because Amazon decided to sell 12 units when there's only 10 available for example! Not happening on all lines, no specific routine for which items it's happening to either

Some of my orders are missing royal mail delivery options when using buy shipping, Next day orders do not have the option for royal mail special delivery and some standard orders are not showing 2nd class options, anyone else having issues?

Guys need your help,

I'm facing an issue, where Amazon has issued a trademark misuse/IP violation on my listing for a SE****UN product.

At the time of listing, “SE****UN” was not available as a brand option in the catalog, so I used my own brand name “CA*****RA” to proceed, while still clearly mentioning correct product details & images.

Amazon accepted the listing after reviewing multiple compliance issues (ingredients, pharmacy-only flag, etc.). Till this time same Listing was INACTIVE, But later checked it got ACTIVE & very next day suddenly flagged it as an IP violation, even though:

A) I never claimed to own the Selsun brand.

B) I only used the brand name I was forced to due to Amazon’s system limitation.

The listing is still active as of 15 May 2025.

Despite explaining this, seller support keeps sending copy-paste responses asking for a letter of authorization or to change the brand — when that wasn’t even an option to begin with.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice on how to get real help or escalate this properly?

KYC Rejected - Request for Appeal

Hello, dear Amazon audit team.

We wrote to consult about the suspension of our account due to KYC verification failure. Here are some situations:

1. On April 17, I submitted the KYC audit materials on the German site, but I have not received the audit approval email. I thought the audit would take a long time.

2. On May 1, I received an email notification saying that my account was deactivated due to KYC audit failure. I checked the performance notification of the German site again and still did not receive a notification. Then, I clicked on the UK site to check and found that Amazon has been sending notifications on the UK site. Because I have been operating on the German site, I thought I would be notified on the German site, which I did not expect.

3. On May 7, I carefully read the performance notification sent to me by the UK site, and resubmitted the materials required for the audit. I sent an appeal email to cn-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, and the attachment included the materials required for KYC audit, but I have not been replied to yet.

4. There is no entry for submitting information in the Amazon backend. When I followed Amazon's instructions, I clicked Reactivate My Account on the homepage, entered the account status page, and clicked Reactivate My Account again to enter the KYC information submission page, but there was no entry for submission. It showed that the verification failed and we failed to verify the information you provided. If you have any other questions, please contact sales partner support. But I can't contact Amazon seller support online. I can only email Amazon seller support. On May 16, I sent an email of the appeal letter to Amazon seller support again, hoping to get a reply as soon as possible to review and reply to my account sales.

If there is a problem with the information we submitted, we can resubmit it and make sure all the information is true and reliable.

We are just a small seller, we know that we must comply with Amazon's policies, but now our account has been deactivated. We can't resubmit any information. Please help us reactivate the submission entry.

We are really anxious, please help us. Thank you very much.

Anyone experience this before?

We’ve had a 900 account health score for years. About 2 weeks ago, Amazon flagged us stating we “left negative feedback on a competitor or incentivized customers to do so”.

I spent hours on the phone with both seller support and account health support asking what info they needed to rectify this. After the 3rd phone call, my account was deactivated yesterday.

Amazon can’t give me any info other than what the flag says. It can’t say what product is flagging this. If it was me who left a review or “someone who knows me”. They have no info and keep saying it’s a confidential matter. That unfortunately doesn’t help me solve the issue.

I uploaded any buying history, my review history (or lack thereof), product descriptions of everything I’ve ever purchased on Amazon to show it’s not a competitor.

Haven’t heard back yet.

I don’t even care about the health strike at this point. We do over $50k a month on Amazon, I just want the account active.

Anyone experience this before? Better for me to keep working with them and losing money? Or can I just say sure I did it (even though I didn’t), take the account strike for 180 days, and get my account active?

Fulfilment Costs EU

UK based and we send stock to FR, though have vat numbers in EU4.

I cannot get my head around the fulfilment charges in various countries

Looking at the transaction view in Italy, sometimes Items are charged a fee for EFN fulfilment, other times 'domestic'.

The fact is we send stock only to France. And (alas) these items are not PAN EU (though they were). However. I thought EFN meant stock is kept in 1 country only (the country into which it was delivered).

However, if I am being charge a domestic rate for certain transactions elsewhere, stock must be held in that country (in this case italy) but I have not sent it there.

Logic tells me that Amazon must be moving stock around despitre not being PAN EU

As Shakespeare would have said when face with a similar, albeit Todor, conundrum

'It doth do'est mine head in'.

Has anyone seen this occur before (ie, EFN set up but domestic rates for certain transactions in other countries).

(NB we are VAT registered in EU4 , which means stock can be stored other than FR

Any comments welcome.
