Urgent help Royal Mail and buy shipping

please can anybody help me? We are new to Royal Mail business and we get our postage through buy shipping Royal Mail it’s been a month and I believe that I am being overcharged by Royal Mail. We have sent numerous amount of emails to them but getting automated responses can anybody tell me, once we get an invoice from Royal Mail, how can we check if we are being overcharged? I mean of course I look at my manifest and count how many tracked Royal Mail 24 I have used but then where am I comparing it to? I can’t find it on the Royal Mail OB a platform or is there a matching barcode or maybe a postcode from the Amazon seller account and also the Royal Mail account where I can match them and know my charges.. because we feel like we have been overcharged and we don’t know how to check each transaction how do other sellers do this?

Hello Fellow Sellers,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice on resolving it. My seller account has been under review for compliance with Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy and Seller Code of Conduct. I’ve submitted more than five appeal letters so far, explaining my processes in detail and providing evidence such as invoices and order records.

Despite this, I keep receiving the same email response from the Merchant Review Team, stating that they need more information, but they don’t specify what’s missing or what needs to be clarified. I’ve included all requested evidence (e.g., invoices for fulfilled orders and an explanation of my dropshipping process) and addressed their concerns thoroughly.

Has anyone else faced repeated rejections without clear feedback? How did you resolve it? Any tips on ensuring my appeal addresses exactly what they’re looking for?

I was banned in Brazil, because they suspended this UK account(which i never used or sold anything here).

The specialist in Brazil couldn't help me at all and said that she thinks(yes, she thinks) i was banned because of dropshipping.

The problem is, i don't do dropshipping! I send all my product directly from my company adress and have all my shipping with my company's name on it.

I began looking for dropshipping policy because i've seen people who work like that on Amazon normally, and discovered it is acctually legal and everything based on the info below:

I want to know how can i prove to Amazon that i don't do that and all my products are posted by me and sent in my adress?

I have all the labels and everything to prove, but they can't even tell me what is the problem!

How do I get UIN numbers to satisfy the EPR compliance and avoid Amazon keep charging me? I am a reseller so I do not have one "upstream supplier". I recycle all of my packaging and I sell only books and music. I obtained a LUCID number easily enough to resolve this for Germany, but I can't see how to bat it away for France or Spain.

Hi All

Amazon are constantly playing judge & jury with my inventory. Apart from all the other things they get up to they're repeatedly taking down my listings for being too expensive (in their opinion) & removing them for being to cheap believe it or not.

Amazon would do well to remember this is our stock not theirs!

To add insult to injury I am just about to list a book that was a cover price of £47.00 & I see one on Amazon for £90.72 what the hell!

Hi, I've spent two weeks getting products ready for Amazon going through the processes. Had to apply for approval for a category uploading photos. I then had an automated message saying no photos were added. Then attached them in the email (they were originally included in the application). Then I get this email. I think i'm at the point of just not bothering with Amazon anymore. Anyone else in a similar position or can convince me to try again? Is it possible to speak to a human

GSPR and FBA Inventory

My apologies if this is a duplicated topic, however I am unable to find a specific response. Can anybody shed any light on what happens to stock held in UK FBA centres on the 13th December. By this I mean any stock held that doesn't currently conform to the new GSPR regulations as it doesn't currently need to but will do after the 13th? Hope that makes sense....

Hello,

Does anybody have an issue listing items from some big brand?

It's strange that when we try to apply to sell it, the page just displays that your account does not qualify. Normally, it should be the page that asks us to provide the authorization letter or invoice from the right owner. We do have authorization.

But in this case, even though we had the authorization from the right owner, Amazon didn't give us the chance to apply it.
