Has anyone else been in a situation where a customer returned a FBA item, that came back to Amazon unfullfillable, but the inventory hasnt been available for removed since January.

They are charging storage fees on it, as its a large coffee machine, yet don't knw where they have stored my inventory

Hi all,

I’m hoping someone else has come across this — I’m seeing repeated £2.50 “Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment” charges from Amazon on shipments sent via EVRi using Buy Shipping, where:

The item is under 1kg

I’ve entered valid dimensions and weight

The carrier-audited values match exactly

I’ve already been charged for the label (typically £3.00)

Example:

For one order, I declared the parcel as 45 × 35 × 16 cm, 1000g.

The actual item was much smaller (522g, 14 × 2.6 × 21 cm), but I over-declared to be safe.

Amazon charged £3.00 for the label — then later hit me with a £2.50 surcharge, citing “Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label.”

This is now happening across dozens of orders, and after reviewing just a week’s data, I’m already seeing £500+ in unexplained extra charges.

It seems to happen specifically when using EVRi through Buy Shipping, and even when all the entered and audited data match.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've raised a case with Amazon, but would love to hear from others before escalating.

Any experiences or advice appreciated.

hi

the new compnay ROx which is part of UPS, they do not puck on time and when they picked up they have lost the stock now,

anyone have idea of to get to bottom of the matter with them,

£1000 worth stock lost and out stock on most ASIn for last 10day and lossing sales too, all of them just keep saying we are looking in to the matter and no reults, any pointer how to get teh stock back or get it to Amaozn

In December 2024 I got a violation notice from Amazon Seller Central, but it does not get into the specifics of what the violation is, other than saying that it is a multiple accounts violation. No details are given of what the other account is. Yet I am asked to justify with bills invoices or receipts that the other account is not mine. How can I justify this without not knowing the details of the other account? How can I submit documents for another account which I do not have? This is very bizarre and kafkaesque as no one seems to be on hand to help, and the automated system keeps rejecting my request to reactivate my account. Can someone from Amazon •please* help?

discussion.Good Morning, I am new to Amazon FBA but a little confused about how it works. I am wanting to go into shops and buy deals to sell etc as I have seen this is a good way to start but I have noticed you need to ask permission to sell brands such as huggies etc how do I go about permissions? Will it work with a store receipt? If not how am I to try and set up my account so I can start selling? I find the process very confusing. Many Thanks

@Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP hey there hoping for some help here, I have been doing everything to get the payment account and KYC identity confirmed for 6 weeks now. Seller support asked me to obtain a Signed and Stamped bank statement sent through the post from Momzo.I have upload the correct articles of assocation, the bank statement, my drivers license and private bank account both in correct home address and it just keeps getting rejected, no email to explain what is wrong and now the submit option has gone.......over £16k on hold and ALL listings now stranded......DESPERATE please help thanks

Issue with data not loading on home page

Anyone else having issues with the home page just not loading data any more? Under "Global snapshot", the sales, messages, ad impressions all just get stuck showing a grey loading-animation.

Not Eligible for feature offers

Please I'm searching for answers as all attempts to get any from Amazon account health and specialist staff have all failed repeatedly.

This has been happening for the past 6 weeks. it comes and goes. I have over 100 different items listed on Amazon, for some some days I will be eligible for feature offers then just like the wind every single item in my store will no longer be eligible for feature offers. Most of the items I'm the only seller. I do not understand, the products are active but no "add to basket" instead you will see buying options. This have driven down sales to zero. I need suggestions on what to do.

Has anyone experience this before ? Howe long did it last ? what can I do to correct this situation. I'm 100% complaint with all the Amazon policy on how to win feature offer box. The one that get me really worried and confused are those that which I'm the only seller.

How can the entire store of over 100 items all of a sudden none is eligible for any feature offer. I strongly believe something is fundamentally wrong I just I have not figured it out yet

Missing units from a shipment?

Hi, I own a small tea brand and am the only seller of my product on Amazon UK.

I recently created a shipment to send 18 units of loose tea (ASIN B0DHGWTJ9Y) to your warehouse, but accidentally selected the wrong product when creating the shipment (50 teabag packs, ASIN B0DHH15PQL). The shipment ID is FBA15KB9STBC.

I filed a case at the time, asking to chang the product, and was told to wait until the shipment was marked as closed, which it now has… and I can see there is a discrepancy flagged in the Contents tab.

However, when I filed a new case asking to link the 18 units to the correct ASIN, I was told that these units are now “missing”…!

What does this mean? I assume they can be re-assigned to the correct product at your warehouse, given the physical product has a barcode with a UPC registered on your system?
