I OPENED THIS ACCOUNT 5 MONTHS AGO, AMAZON HAS BEEN CLOSING MY ACCOUNT CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTING ADDRESS VERIFICATION FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS, I OPENED IT WITH A DIFFERENT ADDRESS BUT I AM CURRENTLY AT AN ADDRESS WITH AN INVOICE, I SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS, EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED, AMAZON CONTINUOUSLY CLOSES MY ACCOUNT

I have just listed products and cannot find any size options on the Amazon shop page.

How do I activate the size options on the item.

Or what am I doing wrong that’s making sizes not show up when customers place an order.

Every week, we encounter at least one fraud attempt where a customer returns their old equipment, falsely claiming that the item they received was damaged. However, they are unaware that the units we ship have their serial numbers scanned and recorded. As a result, when they return a different item, they are not eligible for a refund.

When we attempt to close the return request through the "Returns - Issue Refunds" section and try to deduct 100% of the refund, the system consistently throws an error:

"System Error - There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes."

Even after waiting 15 minutes, the issue persists.

Despite repeatedly raising this with the Seller Support team over the years, the problem remains unresolved for years. As a result, we are forced to issue a 1% refund to the customer—despite the fact that they do not deserve it.

Can someone from the Amazon team please investigate this issue? We are happy to cooperate.

Hello,

I’ve seen that Amazon introduced an updated Product Bundling policy for the US marketplace, which restricts sellers from creating mixed-brand bundles unless the bundle is made and packaged by the original manufacturer.

I understand this is being enforced in the US, especially in consumables categories like Health & Beauty, Grocery, Baby Products, and Pet Supplies.

However, I would like to clarify for the UK marketplace (.co.uk):

Is the new "manufacturer-only bundling" policy currently being enforced in the UK marketplace across all categories (not just consumables)?

In the UK, are sellers still allowed to create their own private-label bundles combining a branded product (e.g., Pantene) with their own private-label or unbranded complementary item under their own brand name?

Is bundling still allowed in non-consumable categories like Beauty Accessories, Electronics Accessories, Home & Kitchen, etc.?

I have seen many UK listings where sellers bundle branded items with their own branded accessories, and I want to make sure we are staying fully compliant going forward.

Would appreciate any guidance from moderators or experienced sellers!

We have provide all tracking information for the buyer. But buyer still ask a compensation. The buyer didn't give us the phone number.

If buyer doesn't get package. It could be only have been stolen by the courier.

Hi all,

Customer opened a return which was Ordered: 672 days ago

Item was a printer and the return reason was Item defective or doesn’t work

Amazon have accepted this return and have given a prior refund plus return delivery cost.

This item is out of warranty by a long way, is there anything i can do?

Order ID: 026-7921537-1831558

Item was delivered on March 8, 2025, at 10:47 AM with proof of delivery (photo + signature) submitted to Amazon.

The customer never contacted us, didn’t request a refund, nor claimed non-delivery — this strongly suggests the negative feedback was left by mistake.

Despite providing all evidence, Amazon hasn’t removed the feedback. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this.

New QZ Tray Buy Shipping in Bulk issues

Anyone else having issues with QZ Tray today?

No matter what we do, we keep getting the same error: QZ Printing Failed for the Following Orders.

We've uninstalled, reinstalled, installed an older version, nothing works. It's worked fine for well over a year now.

We now have to buy shipping individually on over 160 orders. This is going to be a long day.
