Only Evri Postage Offered For Letter Not RM?
by Seller_7WttAIiaCR7Ty

Hope someone can help?

I am trying to buy Amazon RM postage for a letter size greetings card and for some reason on one particular order it is only offering Evri drop off-which would cost more than the item!!

I have sold this item before and have always been able to select 2nd Class RM but for some reason it won't let me do it today, I have tried changing the sizes/weight but it is still only offering Evri?

Businesses closed at weekends
by Seller_iUcF35YSDwxDs

I have lately been getting a lot of these on my MFN orders....

"The destination is a commercial address. Delivering outside business hours can lead to poor customer experience and may prevent repeat purchases from the customer."

So what do you do when they order Next Day Delivery on a Friday?

Hi guys. just seeing what your opinions are on this.

we shipped an order out, customer messages us back to say they were not home. it was delivered to a safe place which was pictured in the tracking.

we asked them a question about it and they then put this reply

"You are clearly not reading what I send and you clearly don’t want to resolve this as a seller. I have no time to play silly games with you. Read what I have sent you and read it properly and you will see how I got the picture. This issue falls with you as you have chosen Royal Mail as the courier. If you don’t issue me a refund I will have no alternative but to leave an honest review of how you have failed to resolve this issue for a paying customer. I will also have to repost yours and my email replies so your customers can see what problems they will face trying to resolve the issue with you. Issue my refund now please as I haven’t got my items and I have done nothing but comply with you"

instantly from experience it looks like they are trying to have us over on this because you dont just do that . so the item has been delivered but i dont know what to do for the best. i think they have just decided to say they dont have it as they know they could easily get something for free.

interested on some thoughts

Hi Amazon team and fellow sellers,

I’m urgently seeking help.

Issue Description:

I accidentally clicked “Transfer Account” in the Business Information section of Seller Central DE.Due to an unintentional action, the "Next" button in the "Selling on Amazon Transfer Agreement" section was clicked, which incorrectly initiated the legal entity change process. This was not my intention, and I did not plan to change any legal entity details.

and I have update mu billing info, but I did not submit any new owner info.

Now my account is stuck in a compliance freeze, and I can't:

I’ve tried:

Calling support

Emailing apuk-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk and seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk(Haven‘t get any reply)

This is causing serious disruption to my business.I’m the rightful owner and just need help fixing this mistake.

If any moderators or sellers have resolved this before — your advice is deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance

@Ezra_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon

No Royal Mail 2nd class option
by Seller_AVteysPitiEJq

I've never come across this before but I can't use Royal Mail on one of my FBM orders.

I literally shipped the exact same item last night for 87p but when I went onto this one, a minute later, Royal Mail is greyed out and I can only use Evri.

I've opened a case via SS (11238764102) - was told to use Evri but that method is 3 times more expensive and leaves me out of pocket.

Anyone have any clues - tempted to take a hit on my VTR and use a stamp.

It's to Devon and it's a ship by today - delivery up until 1st of July (the exact same stats as other orders the same).

I'm at a loss as I've tried everything - SS aren't helping (no surprises there).

We're forced to use 'Buy Shipping' but this appears to be a glitch that will leave me with either a hit on my metrics or being out of pocket

As an Amazon seller, you know that fast shipping is key to customer satisfaction. But when it comes to Saturday delivery, things can get complicated. Let's dive into the challenges and potential solutions for offering weekend deliveries.

The Saturday Delivery Dilemma

Many Amazon sellers offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM. However, this service often doesn't include Saturdays, as shipping carriers like DPD only count working weekdays. This gap can lead to customer disappointment and negative feedback, especially for orders placed on Fridays.

While Amazon treats Saturdays as a regular working day for delivery, sellers aren't required to offer this service. And there's a good reason why many don't - the cost. Saturday delivery can be 50-60% more expensive than regular weekday delivery. This puts sellers in a tough spot: disappoint customers or absorb higher costs.

Potential Solutions for Sellers

So what can you do to navigate this tricky situation? Here are a few options to consider:

1. Switch to a 2-day premium delivery option: This can give you more flexibility and potentially reduce costs while still meeting customer expectations.

2. Explore Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service: In some cases, this service may provide Saturday delivery.

3. Clearly communicate delivery timeframes: Make sure your customers understand when they can expect their packages to arrive, especially for weekend orders.

4. Consider selective Saturday delivery: You might offer this service for certain high-value products or during peak seasons.

It's worth noting that Amazon's shipping tools have limited options for selecting Saturday delivery, which can add to the challenge.

The Road Ahead

Balancing customer expectations for quick delivery with the practical and financial realities of shipping remains an ongoing challenge for Amazon sellers. As ecommerce continues to evolve, it's likely we'll see more innovations in delivery options and logistics.

In the meantime, the key is to be transparent with your customers, explore all available shipping options, and find a balance that works for both your business and your buyers.

We'd love to hear from you! How do you handle Saturday delivery requests? Have you found any creative solutions? Share your experiences in the comments below.

Dear Seller,

As a licensed payment service provider, Amazon Payments UK (APUK) Limited is subject to specific obligations in order to open and maintain Selling on Amazon accounts.

From now on you will not be able to disburse to unverified bank accounts. However, you can still disburse to a previously verified bank account associated with your seller account, and continue to list and sell on Amazon. If you have already verified all bank accounts associated with your seller account, then there is no further action required at this time.

In order to continue to disburse, please complete the following steps:

Why send that email when everything is ok? Properly confused.

🧐 How Should You Choose Products to Sell?
by Seller_z3k8APxGfbQEK

As you consider expanding your Amazon business to international marketplaces, choosing the right products is crucial. This guide will help you strategically select and introduce products that resonate with customers in new markets.

Why Product Selection Matters

📍 Different markets have unique consumer preferences

📍 Cultural, climate, and demographic factors influence buying decisions

📍 Successful products in one country may not perform well in another

📍 Proper research can uncover untapped opportunities

Step 1: Analyze Your Current Best-Sellers

Start with what you know works:

  • Identify your top-performing products in your home Amazon store
  • Analyze key success factors:

→ Customer demand

→ Seasonality

→ Competitive advantage

→ Profit margins

Consider how these factors might translate to new markets:

  • Will seasonal products align with the target country's climate?
  • Do cultural differences impact product relevance?
  • How does pricing compare to local alternatives?

Step 2: Diversify Your Product Offerings

Cast a wider net to gauge market response:

  • List a variety of products beyond just your top sellers
  • Include complementary items or product variations
  • Start with lighter inventory to minimize risk

Benefits of a broader selection:

  • Quickly identify which products resonate with new customers
  • Adapt your strategy based on early performance data
  • Minimize risk by not over-committing to specific items

Step 3: Conduct Thorough Marketplace Research

Dive deep into your target marketplace:

  • Review Amazon's best-sellers in relevant categories
  • Analyze new arrivals and trending products
  • Identify gaps in product offerings or unmet customer needs

Extend your research beyond Amazon:

  • Explore local ecommerce sites and marketplaces
  • Read industry publications and market reports
  • Consider partnering with local experts or consultants

💡 Pro Tips:

  • Use Amazon tools like Market Basket Analysis to understand purchasing patterns
  • Monitor customer reviews in target markets for product improvement ideas
  • Stay flexible and be prepared to adjust your product mix based on performance

🔑 Key Considerations:

  • Compliance with local regulations and safety standards
  • Packaging and labeling requirements for each market
  • Currency fluctuations and pricing strategy
  • Shipping costs and logistics for bulky or fragile items

📑 Next Steps:

1. Create a shortlist of potential products for each target market

2. Develop a testing strategy to introduce products gradually

3. Set up tracking to monitor performance across marketplaces

4. Plan for inventory management across multiple locations

💡 Remember: Successful international expansion often requires patience and continuous learning. Be prepared to adapt your strategy as you gain insights into each new market.

Need More Help?

📌 Consult Amazon's Global Selling guides

📌 Join seller forums to connect with experienced international sellers

📌 Consider Amazon's fulfillment services to simplify logistics

By taking a thoughtful, research-driven approach to product selection, you'll be well-positioned to succeed as you expand your Amazon business internationally.

Missing DPD Prime Buy Shipping VAT Invoices
by Seller_fsSDdjI8sdIjl

@Spencer_Amazon I am tearing what little hair I have left out here. Case id. 10852715482

I opened this case in February for these missing VAT invoices and they have just got back to me and said they are all there. I have 4 transactions on the November 2024 invoice when there should be over 4000 and no December invoice at all. It is a legal requirement to provide a VAT invoice within 30 days of a request! I really do not see how I can make it any simpler for "seller support" to get them to understand.

The only option that I can see now, if you are unable to assist, is legal action.

I just don't know what else to do.
