I have been dealing with account verification since 04/04/2025. Unfortunately, my business has suffered as a result of this. I am now experiencing financial difficulties. Each time an account verification is requested, it is stated that this may take 10-15 days. However, continuous account verifications have been issued for 1.5 months, despite all my information being correct and complete.

Hi everyone,

My Amazon UK seller account was suddenly suspended, and I haven’t received any clear reason from Amazon explaining why.

I’m really confused and unsure how to move forward since I don’t know what the issue is. Has anyone experienced this before? What steps should I take to find out the reason and get the account reinstated?

we've been unable to use our Royal Mail Account for Seller Fulfilled Prime because we can't purchased tracked shipping labels through Amazon Buy Shipping (non-tracked are available).

We've been told by Seller Seller Support and Royal Mail Business Support to contact Royal Mail's Amazon team through

royal.mail.amazon.in @ royalmail.com but they never respond.

This is also the email given in the Amazon Buy Shipping reference

Has anyone had a similar issues, or any luck contacting Royal Mail's Amazon team through royal.mail.amazon.in @ royalmail.com?

Hi, we are attempting to sell 3D printed items, this is a trial shop, we have put for sale around 10 simple basic products like home decor using FBA to test the market. The items are for sale for more than a month, we can't find any using the amazon search tools, not even when you nearly replicate the whole title. During a basic search, the Amazon algorithm shows items that have much less relation to the search request than with our item title and purpose, basically the search is suppressing our products for some reason.

Key points:

• During basic searches, the items can’t be found on the search results pages.

• Very likely the products are never seen by any possible buyer.

• 1 whole month has passed with zero income, and the way things are set it is likely that we will never sell anything, however we will have to pay FBA storage.

• The titles and descriptions were made professionally and there is not much different from other similar items that show well in searches, except pictures.

Any idea about what is going on?

I have had a few returns that have not showed up and have been lost either by Royal Mail or Evri.

Customer has been refunded on first Scan. Returns label automatically gets generated by Amazon for Customer although I pay for the returns label.

I have tried to open a safety claim but it gets denied and Amazon say I should contact the carrier, Royal Mail and Evri will not handle the claim as they say Amazon is considered the sender and only they can claim .

How can I get compensation for these lost returns I am hitting a brick wall!

How do sellers sell products with trade mark words in them?

I am trying to sell land rover artwork but all my listings are being removed / supressed because they use term " Land Rover"

I see mugs, t-shirts, wall art with land rover in the listings but when i try and post my art work i cant use the terms. Support are unhelpful as usual.

Please advise on how others do this?
