Hi Amazon team and fellow sellers,

I’m urgently seeking help.

I accidentally clicked “Transfer Account” in the Business Information section of Seller Central UK. I did not mean to change the legal entity, and I did not submit any new owner info.

Now my account is stuck in a compliance freeze, and I can't:

Access support

Update billing info

Use my dashboard normally

Every action redirects me to this broken error page:

I’ve tried:

Calling support

Emailing seller-verification@ and seller-performance@

Logging in from different countries

Who has the template file for Flooring Underlayments?

I believe Amazon is gatekeeping the browse node whenever it wants to override a specific category. Most of our best-selling products have been kicked out one by one from their top 1 ranking category because Amazon product are placing their own.

They first override your listing variation or attributes, then change them randomly to be unqualified for the category. Then, they remove the category or block you from moving back to that category.

I'm reaching out to request your urgent assistance regarding a critical issue affecting our Amazon store. Five days ago, on 15 May 2025 we noticed that the Buy Box/Featured Offer disappeared from all ASINs in our catalog for my Amazon uk, and this issue has persisted. Currently, our Featured Offer rate has dropped to just 3%.

We contacted Seller Support multiple times and were informed that our account is not eligible for the Featured Offer/Buy Box. However, this explanation seems inconsistent with the current state of our account:

Our Account Health Rating is approximately 900, well within the healthy range.

Our Order Defect Rate and Invoice Defect Rate are under control.

We use "Amazon Shipping " to ensure the fastest and most reliable shipping service.

We have not made any recent changes to product pricing.

Given these factors, we are unable to understand why our listings are being excluded from the Featured Offer. Our catalog includes approximately 13,862 listings, and this issue is having a significant impact on our business performance.

Hi everyone,

We’re currently trying to list a new product under our brand – a “Running Vest with Water Bottle” – but are facing an issue with the Product Type and Recommended Browse Node during the listing process.

The system is only offering one product type, which is unrelated to our item.

Ideally, our product should fall under:

Product Type: Hydration Vest – Hydration Pack

Category Path / Browse node: Sports & Outdoors > Sports > Running > Hydration Packs

However, the only Recommended Browse Node being displayed is for “Motorcycle Accessories & Parts”, which is completely irrelevant.

This not only will affects the visibility of our product but also prevents us from proceeding with a properly categorized listing.

We’ve also tried using the “Get help and resources” section, but it requires a SKU to proceed — which we cannot generate until the correct category is selected.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue when trying to list a niche or specialized product? If so, we’d really appreciate any advice or workaround that helped you resolve it.

Hi everyone,

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Guys need your help,

I'm facing an issue, where Amazon has issued a trademark misuse/IP violation on my listing for a SE****UN product.

At the time of listing, “SE****UN” was not available as a brand option in the catalog, so I used my own brand name “CA*****RA” to proceed, while still clearly mentioning correct product details & images.

Amazon accepted the listing after reviewing multiple compliance issues (ingredients, pharmacy-only flag, etc.). Till this time same Listing was INACTIVE, But later checked it got ACTIVE & very next day suddenly flagged it as an IP violation, even though:

A) I never claimed to own the Selsun brand.

B) I only used the brand name I was forced to due to Amazon’s system limitation.

The listing is still active as of 15 May 2025.

Despite explaining this, seller support keeps sending copy-paste responses asking for a letter of authorization or to change the brand — when that wasn’t even an option to begin with.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice on how to get real help or escalate this properly?

We’ve been selling our products on Amazon FBM, eBay and Shopify but long story short, we’re struggling for space in our warehouse and want to utilise FBA and MCF more as Amazon is our most popular channel, FBA will make storage and Amazon sales/fulfilment a bit easier for us for the time being until we can move into a bigger warehouse.

We’re planning on fulfilling eBay and Shopify orders ourselves, but want to utilise MCF if we’re low on stock but have enough in Amazon, if we’re short staffed for whatever reason I could remotely ship orders. Things like that.

I’ve been trialling sending myself a few of our products over the last few weeks, and have noticed most of the deliveries have been Amazon Logistics which I don’t really want to use. As much as they’ve been reliable for me, I know some eBay customers who perhaps boycott Amazon can be funny about their parcels coming from Amazon. I also promise Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 services and would rather use them via MCF if I can.

I’ve googled for help on this but the only response I’ve found is Googles AI telling me to create templates in my shipping templates but wasn’t making much sense.

Is it possible to do?

Account deactivated with section 3 need help

Hi

I am with amazon UK more than 13 years selling as merchant and FBA, My account has been deactivated with section 3, does not explain any particular asin that caused it, i sent several emails to amazon via case but always received same auto type reply "Category, Product and Content Restrictions": no further info. in my account heath all healthy no violation it is all clear.

anyone here from amazon professional team or seller who gone through this, please help me how to find out the exact reason of deactivated and what is the best way to appeal please help.

few days ago our ebay account was restricted, ebay requested a few documents, it would take some time to get the documents so we emailed them saying hey we need some time to send those documents can u unrestricted our account so we can get the money out, 10 mins later our account got unrestricted..... i could never imagine amazon doing this....... amazon please take notes

Hi all,

I’m hoping someone else has come across this — I’m seeing repeated £2.50 “Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment” charges from Amazon on shipments sent via EVRi using Buy Shipping, where:

The item is under 1kg

I’ve entered valid dimensions and weight

The carrier-audited values match exactly

I’ve already been charged for the label (typically £3.00)

Example:

For one order, I declared the parcel as 45 × 35 × 16 cm, 1000g.

The actual item was much smaller (522g, 14 × 2.6 × 21 cm), but I over-declared to be safe.

Amazon charged £3.00 for the label — then later hit me with a £2.50 surcharge, citing “Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label.”

This is now happening across dozens of orders, and after reviewing just a week’s data, I’m already seeing £500+ in unexplained extra charges.

It seems to happen specifically when using EVRi through Buy Shipping, and even when all the entered and audited data match.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've raised a case with Amazon, but would love to hear from others before escalating.

Any experiences or advice appreciated.
