Slow Sales

Hi,

So this June our sales have been great, no half term/bank holidays in the UK so for the first month in a while we have had a full swing at it with no interruptions,

Everything was going well until about Wednesday when sales have just seemed to fall off a cliff, we haven't changed anything, our buy box percentage is pretty much the same, we haven't been altering prices it has just totally died.

Has anyone else had anything similar in the last week? Just seems strange how we have gone from flying to virtually nothing in the space of a few days,

No Royal Mail 2nd class option

I've never come across this before but I can't use Royal Mail on one of my FBM orders.

I literally shipped the exact same item last night for 87p but when I went onto this one, a minute later, Royal Mail is greyed out and I can only use Evri.

I've opened a case via SS (11238764102) - was told to use Evri but that method is 3 times more expensive and leaves me out of pocket.

Anyone have any clues - tempted to take a hit on my VTR and use a stamp.

It's to Devon and it's a ship by today - delivery up until 1st of July (the exact same stats as other orders the same).

I'm at a loss as I've tried everything - SS aren't helping (no surprises there).

We're forced to use 'Buy Shipping' but this appears to be a glitch that will leave me with either a hit on my metrics or being out of pocket

Hi,

I understand the Policy violations affect the sale for 180 days - My account is sill in trouble after 8 months. I hardly make a single sale for continues 7 days.

When I checked the violation I had on my account it was in September 2024, but it was showing Account Heath Rating impact = NO.

But i have seen my sale is just zero or next to zeor.

Can someone from Amazon seller central look into the mater. I am even paying monthly subscription fee from my personal account.

For reference couple of ASINs = B08BWD2F5C and B07ZG35DXX and B08HR19QFH .

Listing Voilation

Hi All, I have been having issue with my listing for some reason amazon AI or they customer service are taking out all the listing even show proof of purchase from the dealership and brands even the LOA is getting refund why the amazon customer support. I had 1 customer support call me a liar and fraud. Is there any way to get approval on the listing off item.

I need help from the Community to make easy selling on amazon?

Proactive Issue Handling Still Results in ODR

Order #206-0419486-0972358

The customer requested a return due to personal reasons. We actively followed Amazon’s return process and provided support.

However, the customer did not use the official return channel and instead returned the item directly to our warehouse.

We have received the item, which showed minor signs of use and required only simple cleaning. According to policy, cleaning fees should be charged to the customer.

The customer refused to pay these fees and filed an A-to-Z claim. To maintain customer satisfaction, we proactively offered to cover the cleaning fee and fully refund the customer, while requesting Amazon to close the claim.

Despite multiple appeals and providing full evidence, Amazon did not close the A-to-Z claim and restricted our ability to process the refund.

Ultimately, the claim was approved in the customer’s favor, and our account was negatively impacted with an ODR.

We acted promptly and cooperatively throughout, yet still faced an unfair penalty.

Honestly, all I ask is they actually read the case notes and look at attachments. Is that really too much to ask?

If anyone with any sort of clout at Amazon happens to be reading this, just spend 10 minutes reading some Support Cases, the replies from Amazon Support Staff are literally pointless.

This is just 1 example, I gave up.

A to Z claim Fraud

Hello, Ive had 2 orders where both of them were delivered with a photo of delivery, proof of signature and GPS cordinates showing item was delivered at that address. One buyer even acknowledged that the photo is of his yard but said he hasnt received the order. Both of them opened a claim and amazon refunded them both. Went through appeals and was told that as buyer didnt receive the item refund has been issued. What more proof do you guys need? ????

this is totally unfair on amazons part. As a small business we continue to suffer due to fraudulent actions of buyers.

Hi, recently all of my sales have been moved into deferred status due to delivery date policy, with 7 days being placed on each transaction after its delivery date. I’ve never had this issue before and I’ve been using Amazon for nearly one year. Its all of my orders that are having this DD+7 Policy applied and I am really unsure why! Why so sudden? Is anyone else experiencing this? Please reply Amazon! Thanks

Over the Couter

Hi All, I was selling over the counter like balms and patches, went i was making more sells on amazon in a month i was out of stock but out of the blue amazon deactivate my listing and you can not sell over the counter medication but amazon are selling it for themselves that make it difficult for new business to sell.

Any Help with this.
