We have over 2000 listings and noticed on Amazon marketplace yesterday that some of them will be delivered 20-22 May, but some others will be delivered 20-23 May. Those with 20-23 May have disgusting red writing stating “Usually dispatched within 2 to 3 days” (I call it a sale prevention).

We have one shipping template for all of the listings (RM 2-3 days). Default Handling Time is set to 2 days, with a cut off time 3am. All listings have 2 days set individually in Handling time too. Automated handling time was activated by Amazon (AGAIN) yesterday, but I switched it off yesterday (AGAIN). Our listings this morning still don’t show this change and we have two different delivery dates across all of our listings. WHAT AM I MISSING???

Hi,

I've noticed in the last few days that DPD have been added as an Amazon partnered carrier for Small Parcel delivery into FBA warehouses.

I have booked 10 boxes on as a test. However I cannot seem to be able to book a DPD collection, as the DPD tracking numbers aren't recognised.

Anyone managed to book a collection?

Thanks in advanced

Hi everyone,

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

No response from Amazon after we paid the owed VAT
by Seller_Jl0QHDp7ab1Ha

Hi Spencer @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP

Here's what happened

We received an email on April 7th that HMRC had sent us an email about UK company establishment(NETP), and Amazon had temporarily frozen some of our payments.

We have been communicating with HMRC for the past two months and submitted the documents they needed, but since HMRC responded slowly, we decided to solve the issues on our account health and release the payments.

We paid the owed VAT calculated by Amazon on May 10th, about 30,000 pounds, and sent proof of payment to mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk

But it has been nearly 20 days, and we haven't received any feedback. During this period, Amazon told us that they are still investigating, but we haven't received any disbursement for nearly a month, which has a great impact on our cash flow. Prime Day is coming, and we need a lot of cash to prepare sufficient goods.

Please help me see if you can contact the relevant team? We are sure that the owed VAT has been paid to Amazon's bank account.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Best

Amazon Overselling Products
by Seller_b1uMRg2cAnaOX

Recently I've noticed we're having more and more issues with Amazon selling more units than they are told is in stock. Does anyone else have this issue?! Any tips on how to stop it?! I'm getting tired of cancelling orders and getting bad reviews because Amazon decided to sell 12 units when there's only 10 available for example! Not happening on all lines, no specific routine for which items it's happening to either

We are buying ALL our UK postage labels from Amazon using Evri.

What we are seeing is postage label charge being added by evri who are sayin that we used wrong dimensions and weight for every order we have sent. This is completley wrong because we measure every single package and weigh them correctly and then enter all the required information before purchasing shipping labels. We are NOT cheating the system and why would be???

We sell Martial Arts uniforms and each item is correctly measured and weighed before sending so how can EVRi come to this conclusion that we are not??

Has anyone else faced this same situation and how best to go about getting this resolved?

Our account has gone into negative despite we are making sales on a daily basis.

Multiple Erroneous Evri Postage Adjustments
by Seller_qAXHOhnSXisEN

A case has already been opened about the issue, I am posting this here to hopefully raise awareness of the issue...

My account has been billed multiple adjusted charges for many of my sold items where postage was bought via Amazon, with Evri being the courier.

The adjustments are claiming that the original label cost of 2.95 for instance was undercharged, the result is a doubling of the postage fee and £100s of lost revenue.

All items are weighed and measured correctly so what is going on here? A system glitch? Evri trying to pull a fast one?

There is no way in hell that a small item, weighing 200g, measuring 30x 10 cm costs £6+ to send.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's causing me alot of stress it has to be said.

Hi all,

I’m hoping someone else has come across this — I’m seeing repeated £2.50 “Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment” charges from Amazon on shipments sent via EVRi using Buy Shipping, where:

The item is under 1kg

I’ve entered valid dimensions and weight

The carrier-audited values match exactly

I’ve already been charged for the label (typically £3.00)

Example:

For one order, I declared the parcel as 45 × 35 × 16 cm, 1000g.

The actual item was much smaller (522g, 14 × 2.6 × 21 cm), but I over-declared to be safe.

Amazon charged £3.00 for the label — then later hit me with a £2.50 surcharge, citing “Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label.”

This is now happening across dozens of orders, and after reviewing just a week’s data, I’m already seeing £500+ in unexplained extra charges.

It seems to happen specifically when using EVRi through Buy Shipping, and even when all the entered and audited data match.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've raised a case with Amazon, but would love to hear from others before escalating.

Any experiences or advice appreciated.

Thanks,

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been selling on Amazon for a while, doing everything by the book. I offer real products, ship with FBA, maintain a clean account, and I treat every buyer with respect. But none of that mattered in the end.

A buyer named Janet Payne has been repeatedly purchasing the same item from my listing. Each time, she claims "performance or quality not adequate" — but never once returns the product, never files an A-to-Z, never goes through any official complaint route.

Instead, Amazon quietly refunds her. Every. Single. Time.

Here are just a few of her orders:

202-9518971-4398749

202-4264305-1225105

202-2093544-8173138

I submitted multiple cases to Seller Support, included full documentation, confirmed shipment, and BEGGED for help. Nothing. Janet got to keep the product and the money. Again.

Funny thing is, this janet doesnt even try to hide it, its the same profile, u can see 5 orders all refunded and they are ordering more and more. i cant cancel the order cz of fba. with fbm i dont get the buy box so i removed the listing completely....

Then it got worse.

Another buyer — Michelle Sadd — began doing the exact same thing. Same product. Same excuse. Same refund.

We called her number to try to sort things out… and who picked up the phone? The same voice as Janet Payne. She told us directly to stop selling this ASIN. This wasn’t just refund abuse anymore — it felt like harassment. Sabotage.

So what did I do? I refunded Michelle myself. Out of my own pocket. Because I didn’t know what else to do. I felt trapped.

And then... Amazon refunded Janet again. After everything. After all the evidence.

I asked for a refund reversal, for my ODR to be fixed, for help.

They said no.

They let her win.

They let me bleed.

And they don’t care.

I don’t know how a platform that preaches fairness and customer obsession can let abusive buyers run wild while hardworking sellers get trampled.

I’m writing this because I don’t want to be silent anymore. If this has happened to you — speak up.

If you know someone at Amazon who cares — show them this.

Because sellers like me are drowning in silence, and nobody is listening.

HOW TO REPORT TRADEMARK IPO ABUSE
by Seller_rfg8XDpdK2flw

Dear @Ezra_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon,

We are seeing more of an abusive selling practice on Amazon. We have had a situation where a smaller seller has copied all of our images and patented them and then asked Amazon to remove these. We have been selling these items long before this company was even registered and have evidence of this. The IPO office automatically approve any designs, but it can take a very long time for these to be removed / cancelled. It does state on their website "Your invention must be: new - it must not have been made publicly available anywhere in the world"

We have tried explaining this to Amazon and provided evidence of this item being available before these guys wrongly registered a design that is not theirs. We have advised this is a breach of Seller conduct but we are not getting anywhere. We have started to take legal action but this can be takes months. Our account is now at risk of deactivation.

We have been selling on Amazon for a long time. The whole process is so open to abuse, that another seller (as a precaution) just recently trademarked 50 random designs with the IPO from images on Amazon for £90 and plans to do the same thing by reporting all competitors. This is how easy it is get other listings removed for a few months at least and amazon do not do anything

This seller will not get away with this outside of Amazon but it is a shame Amazon know about this abuse but do nothing
