Dear Amazon,

I am currently awaiting account status verification.

I am writing to inquire about the recurring issue I am facing with my account undergoing KYC verification. This process is carried out on a quarterly basis, and I am currently on the third, fourth, or fifth cycle. I would like to understand the cause of this frequency and if there is a solution in sight.

It has been three months since the last KYC verification was conducted, and the process is still ongoing. All the necessary documents have been provided.

Amazon is intentionally misleading
by Seller_LjiZByI58NrXd

I reported to Amazon that the buyer sent back an empty box.

What can I do? I sent pictures. I got the answer that I don't have to refund my money and it doesn't mean anything negative to my account.

Then after 36 days Amazon refunded my money and I got a negative answer. I reported to Amazon that I acted according to the instructions they wrote. But they rejected my appeal.

When will the intentional theft of customers end? The bigger problem is that I can't hold Amazon accountable for things written by Amazon. Because they don't keep their promises. More precisely, they lie.

ODR affected by Amazon bought shipping labels
by Seller_zUMCcAVVjNvOH

I have read that labels purchased on time via Amazon Shipping should not affect your ODR if a claim is made regarding delayed delivery or non receipt. However, I have had 4x A-Z claims in about a month, and my ODR is now >3%. All these orders were purchased via Amazon and dispatched on time, even one of them actually shows as delivered on time too!

I changed to buying via Amazon to avoid my VTR being affected as I mostly send 2nd class, but now I'm seeing an increase in items not arriving on time. Starting to feel impossible, I don't have any of these issues with eBay. Should my ODR be affected by orders sent via Amazon shipping?

Hello

I keep getting this error when I create a shipment for FBA. I have been getting it for approx 2 months.

All of my packages are well within the max size and weight that DPD allow.

I have tried and tried contacting amazon seller support for no help forthcoming.

There was a previous thread but not sure if it got resolved and it is locked

Can anyone help please?

I have attached a screenprint

Kind regards

PROBLEMS with setting the account
by Seller_iuTf2M5WZa1pX

Hello everybody! Someone please help. I am struggling to set the account. From Amazon asked some extra-translated business documents. But until we fixed it, everything is restricted - even the options to add the new documents. From the other side, they charge us every month. We got support, but they don't answer from 1 week. Is anyone has experience with that issue?

just wanted to vent!
by Seller_eIYKbn9rbJMRl

Another buyer that doesn't read the item, then requests a return, and Amazon automatically refund immediately - without it being zapped by the Post Office (impossible on a Sunday!). She claims she thought this was a CD, and can't play vinyl. It'll be interesting to see if I actually get the item back.

Removing my business from Amazon account
by Seller_SrOJ6JgRFD0Y8
Amazon replied

A few years ago I set up an amazon seller account and added details of a business I had (and a business bank account) to sell a book.

A couple of years ago I dissolved the business and closed the business account.

I would like to continue selling the book as a personal seller with a personal account but can't seem to see a way of removing my business or switching to a personal account. I'm getting warnings about needing proof of my business again, which I can't provide.

We've just had a over £3000 taken from our balance due a reversal reimbursement from November 2024. I've never experienced this before.

I've checked and they haven't allocated the stock to my FBA stock. So no idea why they've issued this.

Has anyone else experienced this or could a Mod help me please?

Invalid Charge Method.
by Seller_0KRIjhiWUzS1z

Hello,

This morning, I received a notification regarding an "Invalid charge method", which has resulted in the deactivation of my Seller account. I have been using my company’s debit card as the charge method for over 10 years without any issues.

Despite attempting to update the payment method to my Amazon Prime credit card, I continue to receive the same error message:

"Unable to charge - We are not able to charge your account. Assign a valid charge method to restore full access to your seller account."

As a result, I am currently unable to fulfill pending orders due to the account restrictions. I opened a case and was informed that I need to wait 48 hours for the charge method to be validated after updating.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on what I can do in the meantime? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Anyone at Amazon care to comment ?
by Seller_S3aHFfAjpTNul

Hello Amazon, and everyone else. Three or four days ago we changed the emall address associated with our Amazon account; this really should be a simple procedure, and one without consequences. Since then however, we have been bombarded by Amazon with multiple forms of guano, and our previously healthy account has ceased to function ! All other sites get this sort of thing right - we changed the email address on all our other sites without any problems whatsoever.

We have just opened a 'case' via Seller Help and are awaiting a response (24 hrs waiting time). Meanwhile let this serve as a warning that nothing on Amazon is simple and straightforward, and they are capable and willing to make a mess of anything; indeed that is almost their only function at times.
