Account Wrongfully Deactivated

Our account has been deactivated due to VAT liability, despite our company not being VAT registered (we haven't met the revenue threshold yet).

They wrongfully believed we were based outside of the UK, but we have provided plenty of evidence to prove otherwise: passport, invoices, certificate of incorporation, etc.

Seller Support is not replying to messages. It has been over a month since our privileges were removed.

We called the account health "specialist" and all they told us was to message support again, but they are not replying.

How can we fix this?

my account has been deactivated for a month now, no proper information on violation and support team are not able to assist. I have sent every document required and still no positive response. Amazon is also holding onto my funds. They are very rigid to new sellers and it's unfair for some of us who are self thaugt via the seller University on the app.

I will appreciate advice on what to do for my account to be activated.

Multiple Account Violation

My account has been deactivated for supposedly having multiple accounts, which I do not have. I am accused of having an additional account that has a similar name to my store.

I have tried to submit evidence across, however, this is proving difficult as I only have one seller account. Each time I submit an appeal, I have the same automated email bounced back to me.

How can I resolve this?

Incorrect automatic categorisation

A few weeks ago my Probiotic floor cleaner was made inactive as the word ‘probiotic’ triggered a flag and I was recategorised to an ingestible healthcare product which apparently are not permitted at the moment. That is now resolved…..

However! I am just creating a bundle with the similar product - this time it’s is a

‘probiotic multi-surface cleaning product for the home’. (100ml concentrate with a 500ml empty refillable bottle).

I am in the process of listing and have categorised it is grocery> Home Care & cleaning> Household cleaners > All purpose cleaners

However, I can see already that system already thinks I am an investable product and is asking me fill in food ingredients etc as mandatory.

How do I ensure it doesn’t incorrectly categorise me once again?

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out here after trying every other support channel and still being stuck with a listing that was taken down unfairly. I won’t include specifics publicly but moderators can check the full details using these case IDs in Seller Central: 11039608582 and 11038438462

Timeline:

On 16 April, I received a trademark infringement complaint regarding my brand. I immediately submitted an appeal through Account Health and uploaded all the required documents, including a valid UK trademark certificate in the correct class, a letter of authorisation, and our supplier invoice.

Despite having everything submitted on the same day, I received no update or explanation. Then on 19 April, my listing was taken down and all of my inventory was moved to stranded. The Account Health dashboard still says the case is under review, so I do not understand why my listing was removed before the appeal was reviewed.

I’ve tried calling Account Health multiple times and each time I was told to wait for the account health team to provide an update. I’ve emailed Seller Support, Brand Registry, and even the managing director’s office, but every response has been the same template message asking me to resubmit my appeal, which I already did.

This is a registered trademark. Our branding and design are clearly different from the complainant’s. There has been no evidence provided of actual confusion or infringement. I believe we have been targeted unfairly by a larger competitor and now our small business is suffering the consequences.

We have over 2500 units stuck in stranded status, our sales have stopped, and our product rankings will definitely decline. This has become extremely stressful and discouraging. We have spent a lot of time and money building this product and listing and spending significant amounts in advertising.

If any sellers have been through this and managed to resolve it, please share any advice. And if any moderators are reading this, I would be so grateful for your help in reviewing our case. We really need support on this. Thank you.

I understand that the issue occurred due to listing products under ASINs that were mis-branded and possibly infringed on intellectual property rights.

The affected ASINs were listed while I was operating a dropshipping business model using a third-party logistics and procurement partner in China – QKsource.

The listings were created without securing proper authorization from brand owners or verified supply chain documentation. I also had no ready inventory or brand ownership authorization when these listings went live. This resulted in Amazon's concerns about the authenticity and IP status of the products.

How can i get this account since my main income source is this account.

All other market places are also deactivated due this deactivation (USA, JP, AUS, CA) Please help me to get this.

Buyer keeps buying and then cancelling orders

Anyone know how to deal with this?

Over the last 24 hours a buyer has started ordering FBA items and then cancelling them. So far 3 different (but very simjilar products)

9 Orders in total, a few minutes apart

All FBA apart from one FBM (which is how I spotted it)

Report to Amazon? Ignore?

Not sure if it's a targetted attack or just someone with no clue

100's of our brands Kindle Case ASINs, including ones that are 5,6,7,8 years old have suddenly become completely hidden from search results.

Previously if I searched "Forefront Cases Kindle" 100's of our brands ASINs would be visible, now there is not 1 listing visible on all of our European marketplaces. Please can you someone help and explain?

Amazon vine review has been removed

Hello!

Last month, I wanted to add a new variant. Maybe due to operational reasons, a new link was created. Later, after merging, it was placed under the same link. The Amazon vine review originally existed, but on April 9th, I found that my vine review was gone. This review came from a Vine user. This comment is legal. Please help me. This is unfair!

Has anyone else encountered this problem? What measures can I take to solve this problem?

Box & carton dimension limit

Hi everyone,

I have box with dimensions of 72 x 10 x 39 cm, which complies with the 73.7 cm length limit on the longer side. My supplier intends to pack five of these boxes into a carton that measures 74 x 55 x 40 cm and a GW of 21 kg. Will there be any problems with the outer carton exceeding 73.7 cm? Is it acceptable to ship this to the Amazon warehouse?
