One of my FNSKUs has been incurring long-term storage fees since February. However, when we checked the sellable quantity, reserved quantity, and removable quantity, there is actually no stock available to sell or remove. So what inventory is actually generating these fees?

We've been contacting Amazon since February, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Case ID: 10804296912.

Is this how Amazon unfairly charges sellers long-term storage fees?

This is Aida from Etsy's Case Mediation team.

After reviewing this case, we determined that a refund isn’t appropriate in this situation.

Jenny, Thank you for letting us know that you have not received your order, we know how important this is to you. However, since the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to your shipping address, we are not able to mediate the case.

Please contact your local post office or your neighbors, as they may have received the order on your behalf.

Keep in mind, abuse of Etsy’s Purchase Protection program could result in program exclusion at Etsy’s discretion. Learn more about our Buyer Policy here.

We appreciate your comprehension.

Change product brand name generic to brand name
by Seller_HJZZpg5GdazXj

We have recently registered our brand name on amazon. Our products have a trademark printed on them. Currently, our products are listed as Generic. How can I change the listing brand name from Generic to my own trademark brand name?

WRONG Amazon Fulfillment Centre BHX3 Daventry

Hi,

I have tried to sent a dangerous goods parcel 3 times now to this address NN11 8PQ and had my parcels returned every time. I am not sure why as this is the address amazon have provided themselves.

I have seen some people say it is the wrong address and the postcode on google is in fact NN118QL. Yet again my parcel was returned to me today. I am getting very fed up. I have spent so much on postage costs it is ridiculous, why is it this difficult to send in a shipment. Can someone please advise this has been going on for longer than a month now.

??

we uploaded the images showing different item returned with different serial number, the appeal was denied, have contacted the managing director and we get no response other than to message if no reply in two business days.

Anyone able to advise.

I have an ASIN hijack issue concerning my product DR21 air vent which has ASIN B071WHR346. I created the ASIN in 2017 using my seller account, Air Vents UK.

I am the patent holder for the DR21 air vent (EP3289290). I also hold the UK trademark (UK00004124727) for DR21. When you look at the listing ASIN B071WHR346, you will see that my DR21 trademark is stamped prominently onto my product. I am the sole manufacturer of this product.

In late 2023 or early 2024, my ASIN was hijacked by THE CHIMNEY BALLOON. This is one of my resellers, which is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry for their own THE CHIMNEY BALLOON branded products, however they are not enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry for my DR21 product. They have hijacked my ASIN

I have contacted THE CHIMNEY BALLOON, who said that the ASIN hijack was accidental. I and have asked them to transfer the ASIN B071WHR346 to me. They have tried to do this several times, but have been unable to. They also cannot approve my requests to sell the ASIN – I tried this as a workaround, including providing a receipt showing purchase that THE CHIMNEY BALLOON provided me with, but the request was not approved by Amazon with no explanation.

I made a brand infringement report (CASE 10926252142) and this was approved, with the result that ASIN: B071WHR346 was deactivated on amazon.co.uk. However, this was not my desired outcome. I wanted the ASIN B071WHR346 reassigned to me. I created ASIN B071WHR346 in 2017 and have built up positive reviews since then. It is important that I can keep the reviews.

I have since been able to have ASIN B071WHR346 reactivated. However, it has not been reassigned to me as per my request.

In my most recent attempt, I was told to complete a test purchase. However, ASIN B071WHR346 is out of stock, so a test buy is not possible. It has been out of stock for over a year now. I cannot restock it, nor can THE CHIMNEY BALLOON (they have tried).

I am open to any suggestions for how I can make my product available on Amazon again.

Case 11101824192 logged as goods sat in Shipped status for weeks, Amazon eventually responded to the Case to advise goods had not been received even though we uploaded the POD. Other delay tactics include asking for Sales Orders, then each first/second line support team stating goods had not been delivered.

Escalations keep going back to the team that is denying the delivery of the items. Not the first time we have seen this behaviour but the constant denials of facts approach is wearisome.

Who else has suffered this and what did you do to resolve even if it means Small Claims court type action?

Account deactivated due to Section 3
by Seller_NpMpf7WPoaL9g

Hi sellers,

*Raw product manufactures, please read*

I got an email today after years of selling that my account is going to be deactivated because "your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity" and I need to submit the relevant personal, business and supplier documents to avoid this deactivation.

I called account health straight away and we found out this wasn't for my main UK store... it was for a United States store, which has zero listings, has never taken payment and we have never sold through, as relieved as I was I'm still going to do the "verification call". (They only knew this because the email came from a .com email not .co.uk so if you get this, pay attention as that was literally the only way they knew on the call)

I want to go in prepared with knowledge from other sellers and one of the documents needed, and that I'm expected to produce on the call is supplier invoices. My issue is I have no single supplier, I manufacture my goods from scratch with raw materials from several different suppliers. Glass bottles, perfume oil, labels etc as we make fragrances and then brand the product with our own logo's, all brand registered and trademarked as we have been for years. I can produce all of these invoices in plentiful supply but they don't really prove anything, other than in my name and to my business address I get several things perfume related delivered, if "product authenticity" is what they want, I can't really do that because I create the finished good in house.

Have you ever had an account in another country banned? What action did you take? Should I expect the same for my UK store and lose part of my business soon? Also, does anyone else hand make their own products and were your raw materials supplier invoices sufficient to verification standards?

I really appreciate any feedback here - Thanks all
