Hi!

I'm trying to get Lancome products listed and we meet the supplier criteria, but we need to be added on the brand registry.

I was told the following by Support :

"You will need to contact the brand owner or brand Administrator via email or any source that you are aware of and request them to add a selling role to your account, which they will need to provide from their Brand Registry account."

How can I do that?

Return Dashboard Doesn't Authorise My Request

Hi, this is urgent! CASE ID:11142447212

I received a return request yesterday for the order 202-1724232-9021912 , tried to authorise it but could not do since the following message appears:

"System Error

There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes."

First, I sent the label and the instructions using the messaging app to be on the safe side.

24 hours later today, I cleared the cache, restarted the browser, tried another one, contacted seller support, they transferred me to a specialist who advised me do the things I already did, but no use in the end. I asked them to send the instructions and label for me, but they said only sellers could do it. Then I asked them if the customer contacted the customer service and claimed their return wasn't authorised, would they be refunded with my money, and our chat was ended suddenly for no reason (!)

How am I going to authorise this return before 48 hours window closes? Will you protect me if the customer contacts you for a refund? Can you please have a look?

Crazy A-Z Guarantee Claim

Customer bought two items, each 110.8 pounds. One was faulty, then he tried to return. I agreed and authorize Amazon to generate return Label.

My customer found return label short of information, and I email him my warehouse address. my customer did not post the product, but claim A-Z of the whole amount 221.6 pounds. Amazon did investigation, and decisively deducted 221.6 pounds from my account to the customer.

I wrote to Amazon, and Amazon told me I did not respond to the customer properly. And my money just gone like this. I believe the world has fair rule, but I don't see fairness in Amazon, at least, no mercy to sellers.

Have a return on the way back to me with the return reason "No reason given" with No further information.

Who is responsible for the return label cost. This doesn't seem to be covered in policy. Is it treated as a change of mind?

Cant reprint delivery label

Hi All,

A customer has contacted me this morning to advise their parcel from April did not arrive, i have gone on to their order to reprint the delivery label so i can check the tracking and there is no option to re print it? i have checked orders from this week and i am able to reprint the label, but on orders a few months old.. the option has been removed? any help would be fantastic thanks.. i dispatch orders myself via MFN

Blocking Buyer Messages whilst on Holiday

I noticed that Holiday settings do not allow you to stop receiving messages from buyers whilst you are away. Are there any other Amazon settings that temporarily close your account and block buyers from sending messages?

Buy shipping is useless sometimes... Telling me for a next day parcel due to leave tomorrow that i can't send it Next day garanteed special before 1pm but i can send it tracked 48 for it to arrive on Tuesday... Are you for real...

Buyer claimed that some of the new items sent were damaged, returned an empty box, I filed a Safe T claim with attached photos showing empty box and returns label and claim was denied. Can anyone advise on the appeal please.
