We answered all questions accurately and provided all information that needed to be verified on site. We were shocked for the fail pass. We feel that the outcome was entirely dependent on the individual interviewer, and we doubt the fairness of the process, as well as suspecting abuse of power!

Amazon Have auto-changed the title of our listing and seller support are absolutely useless in getting it changed back with the same automated response.

We've pored £000s into PPC to rank highly, listing is all compliant and amazon have change our title to something that is too long and search suppresses the listing. Great Job!!!!

We've tried to change it back and cannot now apparently, even though it's our own brand.

Beyond words with this platform nowdays.

Hi,

Can someone advise me how to upload the file with listings variations? I have done everything on Excel as it supposed to be, filled in all the columns required and saved it. But as soon as I upload it to Amazon it says that headers are missing even though they are not if I check it. I also made sure that columns are in the text version but it doesn’t help. I’ve done it about 20x so far and still the same problem.

Has anyone else had the same issue and can help me, please?

Our listing has been falsely identified as a biocide, despite being exempt from this category under HSE’s rules. We have provided evidence of this but keep getting demands to provide an authorisation number, it’s evident that our appeal is not actually being read despite being very short since the matter is so simple.

Hi everyone,

I signed up for a Seller account on Saturday. Although the verification seems to have gone through, my account is still not fully active. I can't access essential features such as the Customer Support button or my Account Settings, which makes it difficult to understand what's going on.

Additionally, I've noticed an unexplained charge of £30 on my account. I had specifically selected the Individual (free) selling plan, so I shouldn’t have been charged anything.To make things more confusing, I've also been signed up for certain subscriptions (like "Amazing Customer Service for Clients") that I never consented to.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.Thanks in advance!

No Response from VAT Team – Urgent Help Needed.

Hi there,

We have been trying to get a response from the VAT team regarding our VAT liability of GBP 6,607.26. Cas ID: 11324393472

Our request was simple: to deduct this amount from our positive account balance so the matter can be resolved and disbursements resumed.

Instead, we keep receiving automated emails with VAT calculations—no direct response to our actual query. This ongoing silence is unacceptable and has severely impacted our business operations.

Can someone from the VAT or payments team please respond and resolve this matter please.

No response from Amazon VAT Team

Hello there,

Our Disburment are on hold since March, we haven't received any disbursement for 5 months, which has a great impact on our cash flow. we need a lot of cash to prepare sufficient goods. The VAT team is not responding, we agreed for the amazon vat calculation and and have asked to deduct the amount GBP 6,607.26 from our positive balance, however still not a single response received.

This is a pretty straigforward matter to solve the issues on our account health and release the payments.

Evrytime customer service say, our internal team will email and resolve but still waiting, can someone here look in to this matter and resolve please?

We previously registered an Amazon account using our German company . We’ve now established a new UK company, with a local warehouse to support our UK operations.

Although both companies share the same legal representative, they are fully independent legal entities with separate financial and tax structures. We would like to open a new Amazon account under the UK company to operate specifically in the UK market.

To comply with Amazon’s multiple account policy, we plan to: Remove the UK marketplace from the existing German account. Use the new account exclusively for the UK. Use separate brands if necessary.

Please help me confirm if this approach is acceptable. We’re happy to provide any supporting documentation if needed.

Whats going on with the BHX3 fullfillment centre?? all my parcels going there show in transit from beginning of july and when i check the tracking it says they have been asked to redeliver at a later date? to be fair it is only this centre as the others do seem to be a lot quicker nowadays.
